🌺 Mushy Chapter 🌺

Today was the chill day we had planned, I was going to finish editing the vlog we did the other day and then help Clay finish up with the Manhunt stream. After that we had just planned on getting some games, watching some horror films and maybe a cooking / baking  stream but we weren't sure yet.

After I woke up I got changed into a comfy outfit; some loose shorts and a hoodie, and walked back into the room. "Good morning beautiful", a soft, muffled voice spoke from the bed.

I turned to see Nick, his eyes hardly open as he laid on his stomach his head in the pillow. "Good afternoon", I replied walking over to the beside table and picking up my phone it was 2pm. He lifted himself up and gave me a kiss on the cheek, it was soft and gentle, it was sweet.

He just smiled at me for a minute, I looked over my phone at him, "What?", I asked worried there was something wrong.

"Nothing", he smiled back, grabbing my waist and pulling me back into the bed on top of him. I knew we should probably get up but I liked cuddly Nick. His warm arms pulling me into his chest, it rising and falling smoothly, his breathing steady and calm.

"We need to get up so we can get the stuff we need for today", I said into his chest, his arms only tightened around me. "Nickkkkkk", I exaggerated.

He sat up and took his arms from me, now stepping off the bed, "Ok, okay I'm up", he looked at me now stood in front of him, "Happy?" he asked. How could I not be, I had this boy sat in front of me, smiling up at me, caring for me. I sighed happily and pulled him up into a hug walking to his bedroom door.

"Go get ready", I turned and opened the door behind me, then removing my arms from him. He walked into the room, I shut the door behind him then turning down the hall to see Clay.

He fake gagged and the chuckled to himself as I shook my head at him and followed him into the living room, "So all you need to get is; any board games you wanna play, we do have a few here though. If you end up wanting to do the cooking stream, Ingredients. Andddd then just a bunch of snacks", he jumped over the back of the couch and slumped into it.

I stood hovering over the back, "And that's it?" I wanted to be sure not to forget anything so I wrote a list in my notes.

He looked around the room thinking, "Uhhhh, yeah", he seemed pretty sure.

I felt Nick's arms wrap around my neck and his face nuzzle into my neck, "Ready?"

A tired hum tickled my neck, I took the keys from him. "You're not driving", I said leading him to the front door, "We'll be back soon!"

We drove to the store and picked up the snacks Clay asked for and then the ones we wanted, also grabbing popcorn and drinks. Then headed to the baking isle as I really wanted to try baking a cute cake, I'm pretty sure the two boys just wanted to eat it. We picked up Monopoly and just a deck of simple cards on the way to checkout and then paid for everything.

The drive home was quiet but comfortable, Nick was still obviously tired but seemed to be fighting sleep. When we got back Clay had already picked out the horrors he wanted us to watch. I dished out the snacks and drinks whilst Clay closed all the blinds and doors making it as dark as possible and Nick went and got blankets and pillows.

 Nick and Clay were being homiesexual, snuggling on the big couch and I laid on the smaller one with Patches snuggled into my lap, she'd come to like me over the past few days. Clay put on the first film which wasn't that scary, only a few jump scares got me but I also saw Dream jump out of the corner of my eye a couple of times so I was enjoying myself.

Halfway through the second film Nick decided he was sick of Clay's jumping disturbing his sleep and came to lay with me and Patches. Nick laid with his head in my lap and Patches laid on his chest, I wont lie I was a little salty about it but I let it slide.

We ended up ordering pizza and playing Monopoly whilst we waited. Clay was winning and letting it go to his head so me and Nick teamed up on him and completely destroyed him, then food arrived so we left the game there and ate. After our food had settled I decided to start the cooking / baking stream.

Clay helped me move the stuff I needed into the kitchen and set it up and then it was all ready to go. He obviously stayed on the opposite side of the camera and occasionally Nick would come into frame and taste whatever it was I was mixing at the time. After putting the cake into the oven I sat at a barstool in front of the camera and spoke with chat a little, Clay reading the questions they were asking.

Nick came and sat next to me and put his head faced down into my shoulder, the chat was extremely confused. All freaking out about it, "Chat calm down, he's just tired and wants to steal the icing", I laughed Clay also laughing along. 

Nick sat up and whispered into my ear, "I love you, you know" and then walked away. My jaw dropped and I just stared blankly into the camera, I turned to look at him. He was now stood out of frame smiling at me, my shocked expression quickly turned to more of an in 'awe'.

"Are you serious?", I asked him, he nodded and I walked off camera and hugged him. I whispered back, "I love you too." I was a little confused as to why he decided to say it now when I'm streaming and before he's even asked me to be his girlfriend but those words made my heart melt, the butterflies go wild and all my thoughts disappear.

"What did you say?", Clay asked confused from behind the camera, I was too speechless to answer. My heart just stopped, I didn't even know that Nick could make me feel like this. I knew I liked him a lot, a lot. But he just made me feel like I was levitating, like not a single thing in the world could go wrong, like nobody else mattered. 

What was he doing to me?

A/N - Hi, the break was shorter than I expected, I had a mental breakdown at school today so you've got a mushy chapter here because this is how I write when I'm in recovery, I hope you still enjoy it though :)
