Love.
It was an unfamiliar concept for Yang. He was a being of hate, the embodiment of all things bad. He despised everyone around him, harming them and toying with their feelings for his own personal gain.
Love was not something anyone thought he could experience.
He doesn't know how it happened, as he stands there staring down at the one he calls his lover. It's all a blur to him, the shackles restraining the white haired boy seem to be the only thing reminding Yang of his situation. It all happened so fast, a small crush turning into something more. He really didn't mean for this to happen.
It was a calm day at Hotel OJ. Everything was going perfect, people peacefully sleeping in their rooms, or talking to one another. Everyone was happy.
Everyone except Yang, of course.
He sat in his hotel room, listening to his brother talk to some of the other eliminated contestants. He hated the way Yin was so polite. Yang watched in disgust as Yin laughed with them. Everyone loved Yin.
When Yin touched Tissues' shoulder, something inside Yang sparked. It was different from anything he'd experienced before. It wasn't anger, or hatred. It was a sinking feeling, in his chest.
It was a terrible feeling.
It stuck with him for the rest of the day. He just couldn't let go of that emotion. It lingered inside him like a parasite, eating away at his sanity. Was it pain? Jealousy? He didn't know. Whatever it was, he had to get rid of it.
As much as he hated asking for help, he couldn't deal with this alone. The one person he thought might help him was Test Tube, since she'd probably know how. He made his way outside and towards the soda machine, which he had become quite familiar with. Aggressively slamming the buttons, he was sent down into Test Tubes 'secret' laboratory.
"How many times have I told you not to come into my secret lab? You might break something!" Test Tube was working on an invention, clearly annoyed by Yang's intrusion.
"I need your help." he said, ignoring her previous statement.
Surprised by his sudden response, Test Tube responded, "Wow! thats weird of you to admit...what do you need help with?"
"I...I have this...feeling. I don't know how to describe it, but its terrible."
"Is it painful? Where do you feel it?"
"Right here," Yang pointed to his chest "It hurts, but not in a physical way...It's weird, I don't like it. I think I might be sick or something.."
Test Tube smiled, realizing what Yang's problem was. "Oh, Yang, you aren't sick! The thing you're feeling is love!"
"What? No! I don't feel love! I hate everyone." Yang suddenly felt his cheeks heat up, though he didn't understand why.
"Are you sure theres nobody you might have feelings for? Nobody at all?"
Yang's mind immediately fell to one person. "Of course not! Ugh, I shouldn't have asked you for help. You don't know shit." He stormed out of the lab, hiding his embarrassment.
"Well, not my problem." Test Tube turned her chair around and continued working on her invention.
