"They're both perfect Plagg!" Adrien yelled out loud, laying down in his bed as he spoke. "I would never be able to choose who I love more." He hadn't had any alone time with Marinette in weeks because every time he tried to, Connor was always in the way. This made him frustrated with himself, as Chat noir and Adrien.

His black kwami flew around him in circles, looking at his holder with an annoyed glare. "You're so stupid Adrien." He said outloud, beginning to settle on his chest.

Adrien's eyes went wide at the direct insult from his Kwami. Plagg just chuckled in response, staring his holder down. "Did I hear you correctly Plagg?" Adrien asked.

Plagg sighed, laying his head down on top of Adrien, "If you play with people's hearts you'll eventually lose both of them." Plagg stated, he hoped that his advice would actually mean something to Adrien.

"What are you talking about?" Adrien sighed, turning over onto his side and making his Kwami slide off of him and onto the bed. "I'm not playing with anyone's hearts. This situation is just like Kagami, Ladybug, and I. I loved Ladybug, but had some feelings for Kagami as well."

"Yeah, some feelings. Those feelings do not equal love, you're lucky right now, but in the future, perhaps you won't be when it comes to Ladybug or Marinette." Plagg closed his eyes, becoming a bit drowsy. "I'm going back to sleep, I offered you my two cents."

Adrien glared at his Kwami, he didn't understand why his Kwami was actually giving him some advice about something. He then rolled his eyes, shrugging of the advice as non-important. He had better things to worry about then his Kwami's non-helpful words.

"Yes?" Marinette squeaked, looking up at Connor. The teacher had given out an assignment less then a minut ago, and she told the students that they would need partners. Alya had already gone with Nino, and Adrien was sitting in front of her, his hands unknowingly clutching the desk in front of him.

"You already know what I'm going to ask." Connor stated, his voice raising a little.

Marinette looked at the boy, raising a small slender eyebrow at him, "Well what are you going to ask?" She smiled back, wanting to get on his nerves.

"Why are you being so difficult?" Connor rolled his eyes, his hands going across his chest as he sighed exaggeratingly. "You know the question I want to ask, but I guess I have to spell it out for you?" He rose an eyebrow.

Marinette couldn't tell if he was joking or just being plain old mean. She failed to see the raging Adrien directly in front of her, he was debating if he should get up now and demand Marinette be his partner instead.

"How about you spell it out for me then, buddy. Since I'm being so difficult." She side eyed him, showing her annoyance at the boy.

"Why are you being so mean, it's quite cute, actually." Connor smirked, about to lean forward.

"What would be cute is you getting away from me." Marinette stared right up at the boy, and also heard a chuckle come from in front of her. She was very annoyed at everything right now, but it was mostly aimed towards the persistent Connor.

Adrien turned around, laughing again as he got Marinette and Connor's attention. "I'm sorry bro, but it's obvious that Mari isn't going to be your partner." He stood up. "We're destined partners for this assignment. Always were and always will be." Adrien added, coming in between Connor and Mari.

Marinette felt her face become a deep shade of red as she looked at Adrien. She turned away from the two boys and decided to keep her eyes on the assignment in front of her.
