"Christina wake up! You got mail!" Emily yelled in my ear waking me up. I groaned. I sat up and Justin handed me a long rectangle box. I opened it and inside was 10 roses and a letter. I opened the letter.
Dear Christina,
Meet me in the forest edge at 8pm tonight.
-Marcus
"Who's it from who's it from!?" Both of the kids asked.
"Marcus. " i smiled.
"Can you fix us pancakes? Mom is out." Justin asked giving me puppy dog eyes.
"Sure."I replied with a smile.
I made them both choclate pancaked and then took them to Mercy's because she said she would watch them. I know I don't have to go till 8 but it is already 1...I woke up late... and I gotta get ready. I curled my hair and put on a blue dress that matched my eyes and tights.
*Time Skip*
I walked to the area where I was supposed to meet him and he was there sitting on a blanket with a picnic basket.
"Hey." Marcus said greeting me.
"Hey." I smiled. He handed me a subway sandwich and chips.
"Sorry I'm not a good cook or maker of sandwiches." He said and I laughed. After we got done eating we looked at the stars. The sky was beautiful.
"Christina you look beautiful." I heard him say. Good thing it was dark because I was blushing.
"Thank you." I replied. I heard him mumble something.
"What?"I asked.
"Sorry." I hear him whisper before I felt a slight pain in my arm and I passed out.
