The clock hit 3 am, and Dream was still standing alone in the living room.
Everyone had left.

Everyone but George.

Groaning, Dream rubbed his head due to the loud music that still wasn't turned off. Thankfully, he saw George finally walk out of the kitchen.
He had a popsicle in his left hand.

"Can you turn the music off now?" Dream yelled over the loud noise.

George quickly nodded and skipped over to the speakers, shutting off the music.

Dream sighed a sigh of relief, and heavily slumped on the couch.
George followed.

"You want a lolly?" George asked, plopping down next to Dream.
He licked the side while staring at Dream. (lmao)

"No thanks," Dream declined.

Dream was very tired, and not in the best mood. He didn't want to go to this party, ultimately he wasted almost 4 hours that he could've spent working.
He had a video to edit after all.

Although he was stressed, he didn't want to show it. Showing George that he had a 'good time' was important to Dream.
Didn't work though.

"What's the matter?"

Dream looked up to George, who was still sat beside him.
He furrowed his eyebrows, "What? Nothing."

George didn't answer. Instead he leaned down, and laid his head right in Dreams lap.
He kicked his feet in the air and continued licking his popsicle while humming a random song.

Dream looked down; Meanwhile George's eyes were completely occupied on the popsicle at hand.

Oh okay, Dream thought to himself.

Maybe George didn't hear the awkward silence, but Dream sure did.

"So," Dream started, "What about this mess, huh?"

George shrugged, "We will clean it up tomorrow."

"We?"

George looked up to Dream, returning his eye contact.

He smiled.

His adorable smile brought a small grin on Dreams face as well.

"Can you spend the night? I'd rather not sleep alone." George, for some reason, whispered the question. Even though there was no one else that would hear him.

"Why?" Dream laughed at little at George's dopey face.

George scoffed and looked back at his melting popsicle, "Same reason i've always had a roommate, idiot."

Dream hummed, nodding his head.
"Yeah, sure." He agreed.

Under no circumstances was Dream going to deny spending the night with George. It was fun, plus it was already late into the night.
He could just take a quick venture downstairs to his room, but sleeping with George was a way better option.

Once George finally finished his popsicle, he flicked the wooden stick to the floor.
Dream looked away from his phone after the sudden movement from George.

George rubbed his eyes, unknowing of Dreams stare, and lolled his head to the side.

Dream watched as George slowly closed his eyes.

••••••• (bye :D! bye :). bye 🤫..) •••••••

The slight light glowing past the blinds was the first thing Dream saw once he opened his eyes. He groggily shielded his face with his hand.
