Scarlett

After our little discussion Sebastian (the blond one). Took me to a fairly large room containing only a single bed, a dressing table and a wardrobe. He also handed me an off white long sleeved shirt, some brown pants, and a pair of black boots, claiming that dresses wern't exactly appropriate for a pirate ship. After Sebastian left i was left alone in the silence, staring out at the small window facing the vast blue sea. What had i gotten myself into.

This was not how i planned my life to be. I wanted to live a quiet life all by myself, healing those who needed my help, maybe even become the greatest doctor of this time, so that people would come to me from all around the world, with the most unusual diseases. And maybe one day settle down, get married to a kind handsome man, and have a couple of children of my own. What now?

From what i've heard it would take at least a couple of months to get to Java, and how can i trust these men, they may not even let me go after reaching Java. The only way i see it is to gain all of their trust, steal the stone and escape, or maybe i don't even have to steal it, i'll gain their trust so much that they'll just hand it over to me (hopefully).

I made sure that the door was locked before folding my dress into the closet, and proceeding to put on the shirt and pants, the shirt was slightly loose, but the pants fit fine. I sat down on the bed, and just stared into space, before laying down and drifting off to sleep.

I hissed as the sun came crashing down on my eyes, i quickly closed them and turned to the other side of the bed to open them again. I slowly took in my surroundings, i was still here. Maybe i was hoping that someone would come and save me, but i guess that's more than unlikely.

I made my way off the bed and quickly freshened up. Slowly opening the door i poked my head out to see if anyone was there, it was dead silent not a soul in sight where was everyone. Maybe they all got drunk last night and passed out (that is what pirates do right).

I quietly closed the door behind me as i stepped out of the room. I walked through a couple of corridors before finding the stairs that led to the upper deck (this ship was really big). This time i could hear a few voices coming from that direction. I slowly creeped upwards, and peeked my head through the door again. Artemis stood at the front of the ship holding two very beautiful looking swords in each of his hands, slashing and stabbing the air (like he didn't almost die a couple of hours ago). Sebastian stood in a battle stance holding up a long silver gun that was currently aimed at the apple on top of Flinch' head. Flinch stood exceptionally still, while also trying to aim the well carved bow and arrow, at the target that was made from some hay and pieces of rope. This definitely looked more like training grounds than a pirate ship.

"SCARLETT!" I was so entranced my Flinch' concentration i didn't seem to notice that Sebastian had spotted me. The most embarrassing high pitched scream came out of my mouth before, i fell flat on my backside. Sebastian continued to wave hysterically at me as i continued to lie on the floor, i never really noticed who hyper he was.

" Stop scaring her idiot," Flinch came up to slap the back of his head. Sebastian had a childish pout on his face for two seconds before continuing to wave at me again. What was i meant to do in this situation.

"You must be Scarlett." A large hand was in front of me, i looked up to see Artemis smiling down at me, he looked more handsome now that the colour in his cheeks have come back. I gave him a small smile, before letting him take my hands and help me up. "I don't think i got to thank the beautiful woman who saved my life." He gave me a genuine thankful smile before taking my right hand, and kissing the back of my knuckles. I quickly looked to my feet to let my hair cascade down and hide my face, to prevent even more embarrassment from the blush slowly creeping up my cheeks.
