The main reason why your hand are his favourite thing about you is because when either one of you aren't feeling very safe or secure you hold one another hand, or just in the general he likes to hold your hand randomly :}

Now, he doesn't like it for that reason (you nasties) he likes it because whenever he feels tired, flustered, or just in general when you guys are together he just likes to put his head on the crook of your neck, and once in a while, he would give you a light peck <3

There are many reasons why five likes your waist but the main one is because whenever he is feeling jealous of someone he would hug you from behind while holding on to your waist which for you is him signalling you to say goodbye to the other person, or when you guys are on a walk he likes to hug you from behind, just to show comfort :)
