Chapter five

Zoe's P.O.V

I feel dreadful, I forced Ama to go to somewhere she didn't want to go, thinking it would help her, but instead I made her feel worse!
"Can we just go home Zoe" Ama sighs, and I contemplate allowing her to return to our apartment, no, being out will do her good, besides, what worse can happen?

I pull Ama onto the tube, and we sit in silence for the whole journey to Coventry, where I have to drag her to the main market area.
"What do we need?" Ama sighs, and I scowl at my friend,
"It's not Tescos Ama, we don't need anything particular" I explain, and Ama lets out the loudest groan in the history of groans.

Ama's P.O.V

Zoe's dragged me all the way to Coventry gardens to tell me WE DON'T NEED ANYTHING!!! I could be happily spending my time, sat in my room pretending I don't exist, but NOOOOO, she just had to want to go for an outing!!!

"Look, while were here is there any where you want to go?" Zoe offers, and I look around to see if anything catches my eye.
"Can we look at that stall?" I ask, pointing at a gothic stall, selling art Canvases and painting supplies,
"If you want" Zoe smiles, and I amble over to the stall.

There is already a man looking at the contents of the table, I avoid eye contact with him, and reach over to grab a wide paintbrush, I'd damaged mine in the process of my Dan drawing, and let's just say that's the last time I'm buying paintbrushes from Sainsburys.
"Ama?" The man standing next to me suddenly enquires, I look up at him and instantly recognise him as Zoe and I's college friend Pj!
"Peej?" I ask shocked, I haven't seen Pj for almost two years now,
"It's been so long!! I can't believe I'm just bumping into you like this!" Pj exclaims, and my mood is instantly brightened,
"I know! Do you still hang out with Chris?" I ask, remembering Pj and Chris being like the male versions of Zoe and I,
"Of course! Do you still hang out with Zoe?" Pj asks and I nod,
"She's here now actually" I smile, scanning the horizon to spot Zoe. I see her at a stall across the market looking at cakes,
"Zoe! Over 'ere!" I shout, and Zoe turns round with cake crumbs around her mouth.

"Pj?" She smiles, running over and giving the boy a quick hug,
"You still as clumsy as ever?" Pj asks,
"It's nice to see you too" Zoe speaks sarcastically, and I laugh,
"Yes, she is" I answer, and Zoe stares at me like a distressed puppy,
"I'm not THAT bad" Zoe exaggerates, and I raise an eyebrow at her, to which Zoe just replies with a scoff.
Pj takes a glance at his watch, and his face over comes worried,
"Guys, I'm so sorry but I have to leave, but look, It's my birthday coming up on the 11th and I'm having a small get together, Chris will be there, please come. Here's my phone number, I'll text you my address!" Pj grins, handing his a slip of paper with his number scribbled on,
"We'll be there!" I grin, excited for the upcoming reunion.

Phil's P.O.V

"Dan! Text from Peej, he's having a get together for his birthday, and were invited!" I call out to my friend, who's sat in his room Skyping his gran,
"Is that your way of telling me were going?" Dan replies hesitantly, and I stop to think for a second before replying
"I guess!"
Dan ends the Skype call with his Gran and wonders into the living room to join me,
"We need to get Pj a gift now" Dan sighed, and I looked at my friend, hoping something will pop into my brain,
"WE COULD GET HIM A DOG" I exclaim, and Dan stares at me blankly,
"Be realistic you waffle" Dan scowls,
"I'll sleep on it" I shrug, getting up to go make myself a cup of tea.

"Phillllll" Dan whines, once I've left the room,
"Yeah?"
"Come hereee"
I shuffle back into the living room, and look at Dan giving me puppy eyes,
"Can you pass me my laptop, I'm really comfy and I don't want to move" Dan whines, pointing to his Laptop which was about 26cm out of arms reach for him,
"Your so lazy" I laugh, nudging his laptop closer, so he can reach it.

While waiting for the kettle to boil, I reply to Pj saying we can make it, and apparently it's just gonna be Dan, Chris, Pj, Peej's Girlfriend and I, plus two girls that Chris and him were really friendly with at college.
Pj's girlfriend Amber is a odd girl, she's polite, sweet and shy when Pj's around, but the second he's out the room she turns into the Incredible Hulk, which Dan and I find quite amusing, seeing this 5'1 girl turn so bossy.

I wonder what these other two girls are like? Hopefully they won't be two new Ambers, that I don't think I could cope with...

Sooooo, how are you enjoying Amoe so far?some of you may have noticed but Amoe is a bit like my old story 'The Amoe Project' which got deleted in a Wattpad glitch. I've been procrastinating re-creating it for some time, but hopefully this will be good as I actually know what's going to happen ETC.
