In evening
Sid went to park for walk. After sometime, Ashi also came. Sid saw her and went towards her. She was lost in her thoughts so didn't notice him. Her eyes were bit red because of all crying.
Sid: Ashi
She didn't hear him.
Sid: (lil loudly) Ashu
Ashi's P.O.V.
Again I am listening his voice. I can even see him. I don't know how will I overcome all this. Sid you are my bestest friend and first love. I don't know how I am gonna handle myself.
P.O.V. ends
Sid jerked her. She came back in her senses and realized she wasn't dreaming.
Sid: Ashi kha khoi hai? Kabse awaaz de rha hu. Aur teri aankho ko kya hua hnn? Ro rhi thi🤨🤨🤨🤨
Ashi smiled weakly and shooked her head.
Ashi: Nhi wo thodi neend aa rhi thi. Raat ko neend poori hui thi
Sid: Pagal samjha hai. Subah tak to theek thi. College mein bilkul theek thi tu. Ab kya hua?
Ashi: Sid I am ok. Tum just overeact kar rhe ho. I am perfectly fine. Meri tension matt lo tum mein theek hu
Sid side hugged her and caressed her shoulder.
Sid: Ashi I don't know what is it that you are hiding from me and why you are hiding it. We have been together since birth and we never had secrets. But if you are hiding I know there must be a reason behind it and I know my bestie is strong enough to handle each and every problem in life. But still anytime you feel you wanna talk to me or even Avni lemme tell you, don't even think twice. Anytime, anywhere you can tell us, we will be right there to listen to you, to help you. I know you know it but still reminding you that you are not alone
Ashi smiled at him. Sid kissed her forhead.
Sid: Don't worry ok
Ashi nodded.
Sid: By the way in college when you said me all that I understood my feelings
He said blushing and looking down.
Ashi: Oh
That was only she could say.
Sid: I love Avni. Ashu I love her and thanks for making me realize it
Ashi was trying not to break down. One side she was happy for her besties. On the other side, her heart broke into million pieces. She lost her first love. She can't even fight for her love.
Ashi: Great
She said in a cracking tone and forced smile. But Sid was too happy to notice it. He hugged her. She closed her eyes controlling those tears from falling. She hugged him back with tremendous amount of pain in her heart.
Ashi: I am so happy for you. You guys are perfect each other
He broke the hug and gave her a toothy smile.
Ashi: When are you gonna tell her?
Sid: I don't know. I am afraid what if she doesn't has same feelings. What if she refused me?
Ashi kept a hand on his shoulder.
Ashi: Sid I won't say she loves you or not. But I will definitely say don't be too late to express your love. Time doesn't wait for anyone. And once the time passes away you are just left to regret and nothing else. So tell her as soon as possible. Don't loose her
Sid just nodded.
Ashi: I need to go. See you tomorrow in college. Bye
Sid: Bye. Take care
Ashi smiled a little and turned away from him. As soon as she turned, tears made their way from her eyes.
