In college
Ashneet were sitting together. Sid was sitting with Ni in another row. Lecture was boring.
Avu: So any news? I was absent for three days
Ashi: Not much
Avu: Oh
Ashi: We all were missing you a lot. You know group is incomplete without you
Avu: Awwiee. You know what it's so difficult to be away from you guys for even one day. I asked Jai many times but he strictly told no college till I am fine. Wo to chlo fir bhi maan jata. Sid ne specially call ki not to listen to any of my tantrums. I hate him
She said pouting. Ashi shooked her head smiling.
Ashi: He cares for you Avni. You know what he missed you so much. Three days is nothing but it was so difficult for him even to spend a moment without you. He was so tensed for you in just common cold and fever
Avu: Umm yee he is my best friend so
Ashi: Achha to you go out making out with best friend
Avu: Ashi wo to aese hi
Ashi: I am also his best friend. He never made out with him. If it's just aese hi then I can also do that. I will also do it
Avu: Noooo
She whisper-shouted.
Ashi: Why?
Avu: No you can't do that
Ashi: Why so?
Avu: Because.......because Sid can't make out with anyone else
Ashi: Why does it affect you Avni?
Avu was quite because she had no answer.
Ashi: Did you even once feel you made a mistake that day? For a moment you felt uncomfortable? Even for second you thought you shouldn't have? Tell me it didn't make you blush. Tell me you weren't happy. And if it's normal can you make out with any boy in college? Can Sid do it with any girl?
Avu was just looking down having no answers. Ashi held her hand and squeezed it. She gulped down controlling her tears.
Ashi: You don't have to answer me. Not even a single question. Just answer yourself. Give yourself reasons. And only one person can give you every single answer and that's you. You yourself have to answer yourself
Bell rang and Ashi left her with her thoughts. She looked back at her once lost in thoughts. She wiped off her tears and smiled.
Ashi's P.O.V.
Sid and Avni you guys are made for each other. You both deserve each other. Please don't take too much time. Sometimes you lost everything if you take lot of time. Don't loose your love as I lost mine. God please save them from all evil eyes. I can't see their tears or sadness. I won't be able to live.
P.O.V. ends
Sid saw Avu was lost in her thoughts. He went to her and shooked her. She looked at him and smiled.
Sid: Kha ho?
Avu shooked her head.
Sid: Ashi kha hai?
Avu: I think she went for lecture
Sid: Ok. We have next lecture also together. Leggo
Avu: Yee
Avu smiled at him. They sat together in next lecture. Sid was tryna concentrate but Avu was thinking all that Ashi said. She was looking at Sid every now and then.
Avu's P.O.V.
It's true I never felt uncomfortable or regretted our moment. But somewhere I was happy. But I don't think any guy can give me this feel or can make me comfortable except Sid. And don't know why even think about Sid kissing another girl, I felt a pang in my heart. Even with my previous two boyfriends, I never felt this comfortable. I didn't even let them have a proper liplock with me. Best friends are definitely not like this. Are we more than best friends?
