Y/n's pov:

This was it. Your last day of your Sophomore year. Both of the years you were there you've made tons of friends, memories and even enemy's. You were a bit sad leaving all of that behind knowing a lot of your friends weren't going to be there next year, but the more you though about it...it was actually a good thing it ended. Because with every beginning, comes an end. Without that beginning, you wouldn't have met the people you cared so much about.

March 19 - 2:51pm

As you were walking home, you got lost in your thoughts. You weren't even really sure what you were thinking about. Just random stuff really. Thats when you heard a faint "y/n!!!" In the distance. However, you didn't turn around. You just wanted to keep thinking. But they ran up to you. "Hey y/n? Why didn't you answer me?" You looked at him. "Oh sorry, lost in my thoughts ig". It was him. Your best friend...Rintarō Suna. You never told anyone this, but you began to develop feelings for him. You showed no signs of it however. You didn't want anyone to suspect anything. There you go again, lost in your thoughts. "Y/n you alright?" He said. "Yea I'm fine, just a bit tired". This was the first thing that came to mind. You weren't actually tired. You just had nothing else to say. "Well, you have all summer to be tired, it's the last day of school, let's celebrate!". This made you laugh. He always acted so different around you. Was this a good for a bad thing? You weren't quite sure. "Fine, how are we going to celebrate exactly?" You replied. "Well...Kuroo and Kenma are throwing a party, I was hoping you would go with me?" He said with a somewhat pleading/smiling face. You really didn't want to go knowing Toru would be there. But you didn't want to leave Suna Hanging either. "Fine." Is all you managed to spit out. "Yes! Ok I'll come pick you up at 6:00, later y/n" and just like that, he was gone. You then realized that it was almost 3:30 and you still had to shower, get ready, AND convince your dad to let you go. So you ran the rest of the way home.

Suna's pov:

I grabbed my keys as I was about to go pick up y/n l/n, my best friend. I developed feelings for her in middle school. But I eventually gave up on the thought of being with her. Why would she ever like a guy like me? Deep down, I believe I may still have feelings for her. But I need to completely bury those feelings. I think I just need to find someone to take my mind off of her. "Enough with these thoughts." I said out loud. "I need to stop thinking about her, I'll probably be able to find someone at the party tonight to get my mind off of her."

5:55pm

Y/n's pov:

As I JUST finally convinced my dad to let me go to the party, I heard a car pull up in the driveway. "Suna's here. Bye dad and thanks again for letting me go." You hug him goodbye. "Remember, call me if anything gets too out of hand" he said. "Don't worry I will". You grabbed your purse and walked out front.

"Hey Suna" you said once you got into the car. "Hey, you look amazing" he said. "Thanks, you don't look too bad yourself" this caused him to chuckle. He didn't notice, but you say him looking at you while driving to the party. You didn't want to say anything because you didn't want to embarrass him, but you definitely noticed.
