My Sebastian.

So back to our first date.

After I told you about my embarrassing secret, we continued our wonderful date. We ate while you made me laugh at your jokes and blush when you would comment on my "beauty".

"Beauty, as I see in you is rare, Ana. It's one of a kind because your beauty isn't only on the outside with your beautiful eyes, kissable lips and rocking body. It includes your beautiful soul and that big heart of yours."

I remember those words exactly as you said them because it's what I think about at night when I can't sleep. How your love was evident even from that very first date. Yet I just ...liked you.

Crazy how that goes. But that wasn't all. After dinner we got back into your dads car and we started to drive.

I had no idea where we were going, and you weren't any help because you weren't telling me, but once I saw the mountains I knew.

We were heading towards the beach.

I haven't been there in ages, ever since my parents divorced when I was nine to be exact. And I was so excited!

The beach is a wonderful place to be at during the day. But at night, the waves call to you. The sea breeze embraces you, and the moon shines overhead reminding you that beauty is found even in the darkest places.

But the moon wasn't the only thing shinning.

Among the little grains of sand, laid thousands of little wax candles, creating a half circle. Allowing room for us to go into the middle where there was blankets laid on top of the sand.

I saw how much work you put into it all. Nobody ever did that for me, and nobody else ever did.

Yours, Ana
