CHAPTER 2: a victory brings sacrifice

A few months later and i didnt have anymore of these strange dreams tetegit seemed to be fine. "Good morning dear". "Good morning,  how are you?". "Im late for work again". "As usual, my shift doesnt start until 10 so im good" she suddenly started to feel an unbearable pain and water trinks were rolling down her leg.

I rushed her to the hospital and carried her to emergency a doctor was examining her and she said, "mam? Your water broke". "What! Thats impossible she isnt even pregnant". The looked in her skirt and saw the head of a baby coming out. "Your in labour! We need to act quickly". She was carried to the labour room, i was puzzled, when suddenly i was back in the realm, i nicknamed it the realm of diamonds. I could see multiple diamond parts joing combing and this time their were 5 diamonds. 4 of them were spiraling around 1 and then they just vanished. A couple seconds later and then i was back to reality. Where the doctors were giving me C.P.R. this time when i left to the realm of diamonds my mind wasnt what was traveling it was my spirit trying to rip out.

The child was almost born and i held my wifes hand. "We are in this together". She gave birth and i said, "finally". When i jumped she kept screaming and the doctor her self was confused she saw another child coming. How is this possible? she was carrying 2 and her belly didnt even grow". I said, "thats what im trying to say". She gave birth to the second and her pain kept on after the 4th child she was calm.i held her hand tight and i felt her slipping away. Her pulse was going and she was falling asleep. I  told the doctors and they came. She was bleeding out and was low on blood. They tried blood transfusion but her body rejected the blood, her body would spill it through her eyes, nose and mouth. It reminded me of my mother and i began to catch a panic attack.

I snapped out of it and she was coming back as well she was breathing heavy and was pushing again. The doctor said, "impossible this is the 5th one". She was as surprised as we were. When the last baby was born she began to bleed out from her ears, mouth, nose, and vagina. I looked her in the eye as she gave her last breathe.  I looked her in the eye as the beautiful shining ligjt dimmed from her eyes. I stood to walk away and cry but a glear was shining in my eyes. I reacted and in her blood spilled out i saw tiny shards which appeared to be glass, and the children which were mine were covered in diamond.

In a week time me and her small family gathered to bury her, she left me with 5 responsibilities and 5 memories of her. What i noticed was that her father wasnt even moved he kept in his hammock which i never saw him leave". The night i buried her i cried my self to sleep. I had a dream once again. I dreamt her climbing in a carriage with a beautiful blue dress just like i remembered her. The carriage was white and diamond coted. And 2 horse riders dressed in white were waiting i stretched to get a good look and both men had no eyes tjey seemed soulless but theor faces were bleeding. I looked at tetigit one last time and she was bleeding as well. I woke up and i was in the middle of the grave yard right above her tomb.
