Red and Jennie

"So... how are you all liking my home so far?" She gazed at them as they walked along the path towards the garden

"It's really beautiful here unnie. I didn't even know such beautiful place exists" Rosé said

"Hmm.. Pahl isn't really known. So you could say we live a peaceful life here" from afar, they could see guards and Jennie's siblings with a guy, playing with the royal dogs

As they got closer, they realized that it was Red who was with Leigh and Amethyst

"Hey. You're here" Jennie smiled and hugged Red as soon as they got close

"I heard your back so I decided to stop by before my flight" Red pat her head

"Ohh where are you going now?" Jennie asked as Red waved at the others

"I'm off to Germany. I have business to handle there" he said glancing at his wrist watch, "Speaking of, I should get going. I don't want to be late"

"I'll walk you out" Jennie offered. She glanced at her friends, "I'll be back guys" they nodded their head

Looking at Jennie and Red as they walked inside the palace

"Is Red always here, Leigh?" Jin asked

Leigh nodded, "Yup"

Amethyst spoke, "He probably would've lived here if Ruby didn't leave"

They looked at Amethyst when she spoke. She was the opposite of Leigh. She was quiet and more mature

"How so?" Namjoon asked

"They were supposed to get married but Ruby ran away the night before their wedding"

They were surprised

"Take care of yourself" Jennie hugged him

"No worries. You take care too. Don't pressure yourself into doing things you don't want to do" he hugged her back

"I'm sorry" he looked at her, confused

He stepped back to look at her "What for?"  he tilted his head

"For running away. I'm sorry for not loving you the way I'm supposed to" she softly spoke

He smiled and kissed her head

"No need to be sorry. It isn't your fault. You can't force yourself to do things you don't want. You can't obey every order your father gives" he paused and looked at her in the eye, "You deserve to be happy and make decisions for yourself"

Jennie smiled, "Thank you. You deserve to be happy too"

He chuckled, "I have to go. Those papers won't sign themselves" he waved and got inside the care, "Talk to you when I get back"

Jennie waved back and the car slowly drove away

His happy smile turned into a sad one

He loves her but he wasn't gonna force her into something she won't be happy

The best thing he could do for her is to be happy and support her every decision

Even if her future isn't with him
