⚜ Chapter 22 ⚜

Ruhi after a while came with a tray of 5 tea cups. She offered tea to everyone and sat on the dining chair, sipping her cup.

" Ruhi beta, tikde ka basli aahes, aamchya sobat ithe bas na." [ Ruhi beta, wahan kyu baithi ho, humare saath yahan baitho na ] Monika said to which Ruhi denied politely.

Nachiket's POV -

Why is Ruhi behaving so strange? She never behaves like this with aai and baba. What's wrong???

I guess. I must talk to her about it.

After the lunch aai and baba went in their room and dada also went with them.

" Why are you doing this? " I asked pulling Ruhi by her arms in our room.

" What am I doing ? Nothing. "

" Why are you behaving so coldly with aai and baba? Don't you think it will hurt them? " I almost yelled at her.

Her eyes suddenly teared up.

"  Because I want to. I don't care if it hurts or not. " She said.

Seriously???? Like seriously????

Ruhi??? My Ruhi is saying this???

I don't believe!!!!!

"Pardon??? " I asked her again, hoping that the reply changes.

But NO!!!!!

She said the same again!!!!!

I left her arm and moved out of the room without even looking back at her.

How can she say that???????

Now, I don't wanna talk to her again!!!!

Until she realises her mistake!!!!

My trail of thoughts stopped as I saw aai baba talking and giggling with Vih da and kiyu bhabhi.

Unknowingly I also smiled and entered inside.

" Ruhi kahan hai? " Aai asked.

I froze because I didn't have any answer for her question but still..

" Woh.... Ruhi ki tabiyat kharab hai, uska sar dukh raha hai toh woh aaram kar rahi hai. " I lied.

A typical excuse!!!!

The time passed gossiping and laughing.

Except Ruhi!!!!!!!!

In the evening everyone went in the park, except Ruhi.

Ruhi made an excuse that she was not well and stayed back at home.

Ruhi's POV -

I am sick of everything!!!!!

What the hell is happening in my house!!!!

I can't even love my own people.

I didn't wanted to take this step but I have to now.

Now that everyone is not at home, I removed my thread and went in the store room.

As I entered I felt a sharp pain through my body.

Vickyyyy!!!!!! I yelled.

She started throwing everything in the room. She started yelling as Vicky didn't just enter inside her but also started harassing her too.

The whole house was a mess now. All the things were thrown here and there.

Nachiket unlocked the door and as he entered the house he saw the mess and panicked.

Nachiket's POV -

I unlocked the door.... And the whole house was a mess.

Ruhi????? Ruhi????

Shitt!!!! I must not have left her alone. I elbowed dada to search for Ruhi.

Aai baba were standing puzzled on the door. Vih dada signalled Kimaya to make them sit and calm down.

I and dada first went in store room Because it is Vicky's favorite place.

As we entered, she wasn't there.

We searched in the basement, she wasn't there.

Where is she then??????????

I finally went in our room followed by dada.

She was there!!!!! Huff!!!!
