Shen Wei screamed on the top of his lungs, the silence of the night echoed with his ear-piercing girly screech.
But his scream gradually died when the man gave no reaction, instead, just kept watching him with a resting-bitch face, waiting for him to stop.
"Really?" The man finally spoke when Shen Wei finally stopped screaming and looked back at him with "scared" written all over his face, "Can you be any less theatrical, kid?"
Shen Wei was still scared, tongue-tied but then he found the person familiar.
"Morgan Freeman? Are you... Are you Morgan Freeman?" Shen Wei hesitantly squeaked when finally he found his voice.
Eyebrows creased, the man was confused on the words. He looked down at his clothes and then touched his face, his eyes squeezed as if annoyed.
"Not again!" the man shouted to himself.
Shen Wei's eyes swelled, he shrunk back, he was still too young to die at the hands of a lunatic, he thought.
The man then snapped his head in Shen Wei's direction, Shen Wei jumped.
"You watch too many movies, don't you?"
"I... Umm... I..." Shen Wei could only stutter, still frozen and scared by the unexpected appearance of this white-suited man, who resembled Morgan Freeman.
The man rolled his eyes, "Can you please stop getting scared of me? I'm not a ghost."
Shen Wei's expression did not change; he still looked like he would pass out anytime now.
The man sighed and extended his hand, "I'm God, Shen Wei."
Shen Wei only blinked back his big doe eyes at the man, clueless.
The man rolled his eyes.
"Why you humans are so sceptical always? I really am God.... From heaven, up there," pointing upward, the man now sounded desperate to gain Shen Wei's trust.
Shen Wei was still not speaking, he was completely weirded out. The man hid his face in his palms and groaned but then suddenly got up.
Shen Wei watched in scare as the man paced back and forth in annoyance.
"I hate this job!" he snapped.
"You... you look like..." Shen Wei started hesitantly but was interrupted.
