In love with Pietro's sister

Y/n broke down and cried into Wanda's side, still clutching hold of her hand in hopes to feel something. After about 5 minutes of crying alone, Pietro came back in. "It's okay. She'll be fine. Let's go out into the waiting room and let someone else see her." Pietro said as he slowly walked over to y/n. He gently placed his arms around y/n to support her and then they both exited the room. Carol was the next to go into the room. Of corse y/n was disappointed that she couldn't stay longer and she was a bit mad that Carol got to go see her but she needed to stay strong not only for herself but for Pietro.

Carol had been in her room for about 10 minutes, in those 10 minutes y/n had mentally noted the ways in which she wanted to hurt Carol. Although y/n wouldn't actually hurt Carol she just needed something to get her mind off Wanda and her condition. Not long after the 10 minutes, everyone started to hear noises from Wanda's room. "She's awake, someone get Bruce!" Carol shouted from inside the room. Of corse she had to wake up when heroic Carol goes to see her. Y/n thought.

Bruce ran into Wanda's room and Carol slowly emerged with a slight grin on her face which she had gotten rid of by the time she had walked back to the rest of the avengers. After a couple minutes Bruce had re-surfaced from the room and was walking calmly towards the rest of them. "So?" Nat said to Bruce. "How is she banner?" Tony asked. "She's fine, she's just woken up." He replied. "Can we see her?" Pietro questioned. "Yes, well.." "well what?" Nat said raising an eyebrow. "Well, she asked for y/n." He continued. "She did?" Y/n asked confused. Bruce nodded at her and shooed her to Wanda's room.

Y/n walked, once again, to the door of Wanda's room and then to her bedside. When Wanda saw y/n walking towards her she had a smile on her face. "Hey, y/n/n." Wanda said weakly. "Hey sleepy head." Y/n said softly which made Wanda smile. She only smiled for a second until her face went blank once again. "Honestly it's like looking after a toddler who's going to break down any second out there with your brother." Y/n said trying to cheer Wanda up. She laughed but winced in pain from her womb. "Hey Wands, are you okay?" Y/n asked. "Yeah I'm fine. It just hurts when I move a lot, like when I laugh." She replied. "Well I'm not surprised you were shot twice, you need to rest." Y/n turned towards the door and began to walk away from Wanda. Y/n didn't take more than two steps before Wanda reached out and grabbed her by the wrist. "Stay?" She whispered. Y/n nodded and sat down in the chair beside her bed. Wanda felt comfort in y/n's company. She rolled over and began to close her eyes while y/n pulled out a book a started to read it.

*the next day*

In the morning, y/n left the medical room and walked into the main room where all the other avengers where eating breakfast. Last night y/n felt a connection with Wanda, weather it was just her or both of them who felt that way she didn't know but that didn't stop her from feeling happy about her little crush on her best friends sister. As you walk into the main room the other avengers can see that you are different, however they couldn't put a pin into what was making you happy. "Why are you so happy this morning?" Natasha asked sleepily. Y/n didn't answer she just carried on towards the cupboard to get out some breakfast for herself. The avengers still didn't give up on trying to find out why y/n was so happy this morning.

They asked her multiple questions but she answered non of them, until Tony asked "y/n. Are you crushing?" Y/n shot her head up quickly and stared at Tony. She shook her head. "Who is he?" Thor asked. "Who's the lucky guy, y/n?" Carol questioned knowing that if y/n had a crush on one of the guys it would mean she could be with Wanda without anyone in the way as y/n would be straight. Yet that was where Carol was wrong. "Tell us!" Steve said. "Go on y/n, who's the lucky guy?" Nat asked. Y/n had finally given up with all the questions, she rolled her eyes and said:

"She's she's a LADY
And I am NOT a boy"

Y/n knew she couldn't get with Wanda because Wanda was only ever interested in dudes. "So you like girls?" Nat asked once again.

"She's a lady?" Carol asked.

"Yes she is, has anyone got a problem with that?" Y/n questioned, her smile turning into a straight face. Ironic really considering she isn't straight herself {an: all I can say is I'm sorry for that joke} everyone shook their head, some reacted as of they were scared of y/n which made her smirk.

AN: I don't really know what to write after this so please feel free to comment idea of what could happen next. Maybe a party, 7 mins in heaven? A date? Secret relationship? I'm not too sure.
