Two identical girls around eight years of age appeared on screen. Their wavy brown hair bounced energetically as they laughed and waved for the camera, hazel eyes twinkling against their tan skin in the sunlight.
“Hi, I'm Ella!”
“And I'm Etta!”
“We're Alya's sisters and we're doing this video for the Ladyblog.”
“Because Alya is busy.”
“That’s right! She's helping Ladybug by being Rena Rouge.”
“See, there she is!” The screen blurred as the camera turned to show a large green dome filled with copies of Ladybug, Chat Noir, and – yes – Rena Rouge. Hawkmoth and Mayura could just be seen in the middle of the throng.
“All those extra Ladybugs and Chat Noirs and Rena Rouges are really illusions our sister made to help Ladybug beat Hawkmoth.”
“Ladybug is really Marinette. She's Alya's best friend and she helps babysit us sometimes.”
“Marinette is the best because she always brings treats from her parents' bakery.”
“Their bakery is just over there.” The view swings across the park to settle on the T&S Boulangerie across the road, visible through the wrought iron fence.
"Do you think Alya will take us there on our way home?"
"I hope so. Marinette threw our lunch at Hawkmoth."
“Quick, you're missing it!” With a blur of movement the camera’s focus returns to the dome, stopping just in time to see Rena Rouge catch Mayura under the jaw with her flute.
“You get her Alya!”
“Anyway, Marinette is in love with Aaaaadriiiieeeen.” The boy’s name was drawn out in a sing-song voice.
“Ssshhhh! He's not supposed to know that because it's a secret.” Giggles could be heard from off screen.
“Adrien always says Marinette is his very good friend.”
“But Adrien is really Chat Noir, and everyone knows Chat Noir loves Ladybug.”
“And since Marinette is Ladybug that means he actually loves Marinette.”
“And she loves him!”
“They love each other!”
“Yay!”
“Alya will be happy."
"She has been trying to get them together for ages."
"She said it would never happen because they are both 'oblivious idiots'."
“He loves you Marinette!”
“He wants to kiss you. Mwah, mwah, mwah, mhwah!” Ella made kissing noises to illustrate her point.
“Adrien's nice, but we don't see him much because his dad keeps him super busy.”
“He's also best friends with Nino, who is Alya's boyfriend.”
“Hi Nino!” The camera zoomed in on a green-clad hero, who inclined his head in acknowledgement even as he concentrated on maintaining the dome barrier.
“He's helping Ladybug too by being Carapace.”
“He also helped Ladybug when our other sister Nora was akumatised by Hawkbum!” More giggles.
“Mum told you not to call him that.”
“But he is!”
“I know, but Mum said it's a bad word.”
