"i can't believe you dragged me into coming to this stupid party" Jovi complains.
"whatever you only came because i told you Alexis was gonna be here" Ella teases. Jovi turns away attempting to hide her obvious blush.
Jovi and Ella have been best friends since year 7 and ever since then Ella has been dragging her along to her crowded, drug-filled parties that jovi claims she hates, when in reality she's just happy to see her best friend have fun.
Suddenly Ella harshly nudges Jovi's elbow causing her to slightly spill her drink on the floor. Jovi cocks her head to the side giving Ella a what-the-fuck look. Ella tilts her head to the side hinting Jovi to look towards that direction. Jovi roles her eyes complying with her friends request and looks over to the front door to see Alexis entering in a dark purple dress with stilettos.
Jovi's jaw drops to the floor at the sight of her crush in the sexy outfit. Her best friend chuckles at the sight of Jovi's state and picks up her chin, closing her mouth. Jovi struggles to peel her eyes off of the girl and turns to Ella shaking her shoulders violently causing a few heads to turn in their direction.
"What. the. actual. fuck." Jovi says with a panicky expression on her face.
"chill dude, your gay is showing" Ella says, roughly attempting to catch Jovi's wrists to make her stop shaking her.
"i think i just creamed" Jovi says jokingly
Ella cackles at Jovi's comment and links arms with Jovi swiftly dragging her towards the couch where Alexis now stood.
"oh my god, wait- no what are you doing" Jovi stammers as she tries to release her arm from Ella's strong hold.
once the girls are a few steps away from Alexis, Ella brushes imaginary dust off her shoulders and says, "nows your chance, with me as your wing-woman you don't have anything to worry about" with a proud look on her face. Jovi looks at her bestfriend with a disgusted look on her face.
"where did i go wrong to to have you as my bestfriend" Jovi sighs. Ella's smug, proud look quickly turns into an offended one as she smacks Jovi's shoulder.
"ow, okay okay i'm sorry let's just do this before i procrastinate any longer".
Jovi then links arms with Ella and they both waltz over to the couch towards alexis.
