Ella basically had to carry Jovi up the stairs considering the state she was in 'Jovi, my god your a light weight' Ella thought to herself while dragging Jovi up the stairs. When they finally got to the bathroom, Ella plopped Jovi down on the counter of the sink and started to wet a cloth to wipe the leftover vomit.
"what would i do with out you" Jovi chuckles
Ella replies with a simple hum, too focused on cleaning her up.
She can't help but think about how beautiful Jovi is, even if she was just throwing up 5 minutes ago. the way her hair fell and flicked at the ends from sitting on her shoulders, the way her eyes still looked perfect in the shitty bathroom light- 'what the fuck Ella, get yourself together!' Ella scolds herself, shaking her head trying to get rid of those thoughts.
After cleaning Jovi up for a little while, Ella starts to notice how she's drifted closer and closer to Jovi's face, which she hadn't realised because she was too focused on Jovi's face. It seemed that Jovi had noticed too because she had a light tint of pink on her cheeks, but she didn't move away. They had been in this position for, god knows how long, Jovi just staring at Ella, and Ella occasionally glancing up to Jovi feeling her stare at her. Honestly Ella had dragged out cleaning Jovi's face, wanting to stay in the position forever. But she'd never admit that.
Once Ella finishes cleaning her up she grabs a cup and fills it up with the tap water handing it to Jovi, which she takes and gives her a nod as a thank you. Jovi skulls down the water before swishing it around her mouth a few times then leaning down and spitting it in the sink. Without thinking, Ella calmly lifts up her hand wiping the left of water that had fallen out of her mouth. She realises what she just did and quickly pulls away. "sorry" is all she says.
Jovi gives her a weird look before saying "weirdo".
Ella then gives her a towel. Jovi raises an eyebrow in question, wondering why she gave her a towel.
"You should have a shower...you smell horrible" Ella deadpanned but secretly she was kind of panicking.
"gee thanks," Jovi hops off the counter taking a few wobbly steps before crashing into Ella's arms, giving her a passionate embrace.
"no but seriously, thank you" Jovi says in a gentle voice. Ella pulled a way after awhile "not wanting to smell like beer" she had claimed before walking out leaving Jovi confused and to her thoughts.
'what was that about' Jovi thinks before stripping down and turning the hot water on, hopping in once she found a nice temperature.
