Breaking news!

Louis Tomlinson—age 18–has recently been spotted roaming the streets of Doncaster late at night in the rain after going missing for a month. Nearly every minute there are new reports from people that have spotted the young adult near night clubs, bars, and through the windows of some restaurants.

According to a group of adults leaving a bar just outside of the city, Tomlinson was wearing a very oversized sweatshirt and pants, which had changed from his last picture, and asking for directions to town.

"That sweatshirt was practically swallowing the boy!" says Rob Hicksburg, one of the nearby sighters. "I swear I saw bruises or something on his neck, too. He was running too, and asking for directions as if his life depended on it!"

Tomlinson was last seen running towards a bus stop. His whereabouts now are unknown. Updates will come as soon as possible.

It was freezing, probably below zero, with rain—maybe some snow—pouring down from the sky. The streets of Doncaster were deserted with only lighting coming from the old street lights that flickered. Why would anyone be out at midnight in the rain at the beginning of December anyway? An angry Uber driver let their guest out of the car and the second the door was shut, they drove off at a high speed, causing water from a puddle splash onto their guest and making him shiver. You see, their guest didn't have any money to give them because he had recently escaped from being kidnapped.

Luckily for him, Louis had waited until he arrived in front of his house to let the truth of his lack of money out. He slowly walked up his front porch and, with a shaky hand, rung the doorbell and continued to sit in the freezing winter air.

What felt like minutes later, the door finally opened and revealed a pair of half-asleep twins that instantly lit up at the sight of their older brother. "Louis!" They cheered and ran to hug him.

Only seconds passed before Jay and Lottie appeared around the corner with gasps. They took in Louis' current state as he shook an unhealthy amount with rain drenching his clothes and body. None of them, not even Louis, were sure if his face was soaked with rain, tears, or both.

Jay acted quick and began tugging him inside. "Girls, let him inside," she urged, trying to hide her shaky voice from her own tears forming. As soon as Louis felt the heat from the house, he collapsed and fell into something, which he opened his eyes and saw it to be his mother that was holding him up by a tight hug. Her hand ran softly through his hair as she often gave him tight squeezes in a comforting way.

One by one his sisters joined the hug. Not a word was spoken for a few moments. "Let's get you warmed up," Jay finally whispered as if she was trying to push away any pain and promise herself that her son was home safe.

She helped Louis lean onto her for support and instructed Lottie to hold his other side and led him to the couch, the twins running off to make some hot cocoa. The girls helped lay Louis onto the couch and immediately wrapped blankets around him.

A minute later, Phoebe and Daisy came back with Louis' favorite "This Coffee Made Me Gay" mug and put it on the coffee table in front of him. Jay rushed to get more pillows and blankets for her still shaking son as Lottie went to turn on "How the Grinch Stole Christmas".

Louis blinked and looked around at the empty house. "You haven't decorated?"

"We couldn't," Lottie smiled sadly and took a seat at the end of the couch, near his feet.

Phoebe came up to Louis holding a bag something out. "I brought some marshmallows," she whispered shyly.

Louis took it with a smile and thanked her. As everyone got situated, Jay came back with more blankets than the family knew they had. She covered him with them until he said he was alright and sat the rest down next to him, just in case.

The girls desperately wanted to ask him questions about where he was, how he escaped, and much more. They wanted to know every single detail about what happened to him over the last month. But they couldn't. Not yet, at least. All they could do was help him relax and report back to the police that he was safe.

Throughout the movie, they would catch him tossing and turning in his spot. Jay's son—that was never a tummy-sleeper—continued to situated himself onto his tummy and move his body and head around, as if he was trying to get comfortable. Or even like he was missing something. His arms would almost naturally search for something that he could never find. In the end, he would either awkwardly hug one of his pillows or fiddle with the hem of his sleeves. She didn't know what was wrong with him, but she made it her new mission to find out, along with who could've taken her son.
