Chapter 26: Weakening the Bond

I woke up gasping.

"Finally your awake." Kol says relived.

"What happened?" I ask looking at him.

"Davina hurt klaus. causing you to feel the pain. you fainted, luckily the babies are fine. Davina is now in her old room, Klaus found a way to control her again." Kol says.

"Oh." I look around my room.

"Where's everyone?" I ask.

"Busy, and if you don't mind I need to go somewhere." he smiles.

"Sure." I close my eyes thinking.

I need a way to stop the pain from Klaus into me, the mating bond needs to still exist but I might have a way to stop me in felling his pain.

In a wooden bowl I put a few herbs: Witch haze, Lavender, Lovage, Dandelion, Sage, Clover. I mix them all together then burn them.

"Sorores adiuva me. Inveni viam ad admissuram vinculum iacturam. da mihi incantatores.Sorores adiuva me." I chant, the wind picks up and then stops.

I look inside the bowl and see writings.

sanguis autem ad alterum non infirmat luminos

I need Klaus's blood, great cause that will be so easy to get.

After I take a shower I put on jeans and a plane black shirt with Khaki jacket.

I walk into the study, where Elijah, Niklaus and Hayley are talking.

"Young, old dead or alive, witches are a pain in the ass." Klaus grumbles.

"Darling I thought you loved me." I joke smirking as I sit on a couch.

"That was until you got yourself knocked up, witch." He smirks as he said witch.

"Yes, well you did the same to another bitch so.... We're even, hybrid." I use the same tone he used causing him to glare.

I look at the coffee table and gasp.

"What is this?" I look up at them.

"Celest, we believe something powerful is coming." Elijah explains.

I felt something powerful and wrong, Davina! I stand up and run into her room, with Klaus on my trail.

"Davina!" I yell as I see her vomit dirt.

"Bloody Hell." Klaus whispers.

An Earthquake started to shake the whole place.

This can't be happening! I look at Davina worried.

I run out the room and look around the place, i see Elijah and Hayley doing the same thing.

"What the hell is going on?" Rebekah barges in.

"Davina." Klaus and I say.

I go back to the study and put my face in my hands.

"How can a sixteen year old shake the entire French Quarter?" Klaus ask.

"I've seen her rock the church but i've never seen her do anything like this." Marcel sates.

"How did you control her when she was in the attic?" Klaus ask.

"He didn't have to! This is all your fault! She will die because of you!" I scream.

"What do you know?" Elijah ask.

"I will tell you but first I need to talk to Klaus...Alone." I look at Marcel and Elijah as the slowly go out the room.

I take out sage and burned it as I do a spell to allow us to talk freely without the vamps hearing.
