Taehyung's POV
A month passed...
The bright sun isn't appearing this morning because of the rain, with the dark clouds covering the sun, as well as the blue sky. While I, breathing the morning air with my grey, checked pattern pyjama on. Leaning on the rail at the balcony of my room, I relax my eyes with the beautiful and ethereal view at the moment. The sounds of the raindrops ringing in my ears as I close my eyes. Ah... what a great blessing.
"Done daydreaming?" A voice said to me. I turned around and look at the human who just disturbed my special moment.
"Tch. Can't you just wait outside?"
Lalisa Manoban. She always makes me feel annoyed. Well, no doubt though since she herself IS annoying.
"Breakfast is done. Let's go eat." She said as her feet leaving my room. She closes the door of my room, giving it a bit of pressure which makes it sounds like slamming.
This woman... I just don't understand why she always acts so cold with me and being all sweet with the others. She really thought I can't leak her secret with her 'unnies'. But, since we already promised each other to not telling anyone our secrets, guess I gotta keep it to myself.
I step out of my room, heading to the dining room. The others are there, already seated on their chairs. I take an empty seat next to Jimin, who was having his breakfast with his eyes closed. Maybe he's still sleepy.
"So, what are we having today?" I ask.
"Jenrubyjane's Carbonara Pasta." Jennie said while placing the 'Jenrubyjane's Carbonara Pasta' on the table. "It's gonna be delicious, trust me." She adds, winking. Bitch, I just cringed-
I laughed at the dish's name. "Jenrubyjane? Is it even necessary to put your name in the dish's name?" I comment.
Jennie glares at me. "Of course, what are you thinking, young man? Giving credits to people is important, y'know? Be grateful. At least I cooked this for y'all." She complaints. Bruh, girls in this house do hate me so much and I don't even know why.
Jisoo then takes a seat next to mine, which startled me. I don't even know why I'm being so nervous when she's around. But still, I gotta keep it cool. But, damn- she noticed me flinching. With that, she gives me a warm and friendly smile. She thought that'll make me feel better? Sorry, but no. My heart is literally beating faster and might be loud that she can hear it.
The day she became our new housemate, I've been wanting to know about her more. The desire is unstoppable. I've been trying to approach her but, I don't know, maybe her beauty is protecting her from a random guy like me. But, not gonna lie, she looks so pretty even with her bare face. There's one day when Jennie did makeup for Jisoo and she looks glowing. She was so pretty that we all were speechless by her beauty. And not to forget Jennie's makeup.
"I helped Jennie to cook the pasta with Jennie. Maybe you wanna taste it a bit, even though you don't like her? We don't want to make Jennie upset, right?" She whispers to my ear.
My heart is going to explode, young lady. How am I supposed to survive while living under the same roof with a pretty girl? Is there even a guide?? Nervous or not, I gotta cover my feelings and act normal. So, I take a deep breath and give her a reply.
"Yeah. She always cooks for us so I already know how the dishes she made taste like." Calm yet cool. That's what I usually do when speaking to girls that I am not close to. Even when Jennie first became our new housemate, I was nervous. But after I know how she acts; she's actually annoying too. Just Jenlisa's things to be annoying.
