— today i'm flying to los angeles for the filming of the new movie i'm starring in, 'honeyboy.' i only have a few lines, but i'm supposed to be the love interest of the character otis, played by noah jupe.
i've seen noah in other films and i think he's a brilliant actor. we're both 16 so i hope we get along well because the rest of the cast is mainly adults. this is also my first film so i'm super nervous to work alongside some amazing actors.
"lila c'mon!" isaac yells from the bottom of the stairs.
isaac is my brother, best friend and legal guardian. our parents are away at work most of the year and only come home for the holidays. i don't mind isaac looking after me though, he's the one who got me into acting in the first place.
isaac is coming to los angeles with me to film 'the vampire diaries.' he's been in a lot of popular shows and i really look up to him.
"coming!" i yell back, running down the stairs with my suitcase.
"you ready?"
"ready."
and off to LA we went.
