Rain from my stormy eyes,
Saying an early 'Goodbye'.
Melting down my face,
Leaving a trail of salty taste.
Pulling out my hair.
"Why do they have to care?!"

Hallowed out and empty,
Time stops,

Dirt stuck in my throat.
Puffy and red,
Eyes filled with dread....
For days to come.
Heart pounding like a drum,
Almost like a lullaby.
Twinkling from my eyes.
Taking the peace,
Leaving with a fist of anger.
Hitting the ground,
Tears keep falling down.

Falling and hiding,
Pretending and lying,
Running and avoiding.

Caught in the art of depression.
Caught in the past.
