Chapter 1

PESTO PASTA SOUNDS DELICIOUS

3rd person POV

Clay was in the living room of their apartment, watching tv. Londyn had gone out to get some groceries for the house since they were running low.

Clay was sitting on the couch with Patches, watching a random channel on the tv. His phone started ringing and he almost immediately answered seeing who it was.

"Hi princess." Clay said through the phone.

"Hi. I'm looking for those chips you wanted but I can't remember if they were the hot ones or the plain ones."

"Could you grab the hot ones."

"Only for you I will."

"When will you be home? I miss you."

"I'll be home in about 15 minutes. I miss you too babe. I love you very much but I have to check out. I'll see you soon."

"Okay. I love you too. Drive save princess."

With that the two love birds hung up the phone and went back to what they were doing before.

"Babe, I'm home!" Londyn said entering the apartment with a couple grocery bags in her hands.

Clay shot up from the couch and ran to go help Londyn with the groceries. Clay brought in all the bags while Londyn started putting them away. Once Clay had brought in all the bags, he began helping Londyn put things away.

"What're we having for supper?" Clay asked as he put the last box of pop tarts in the cupboard.

"Would you like pesto pasta, tacos, chicken, pancakes." Londyn said naming off things that they could eat for supper.

"Pesto pasta sound delicious." Clay said walking over to Londyn and giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Would you ever so kindly grab me a pot before you leave?"

"Of course I will." Clay said grabbing a pot and putting it on the stove for her.

"Thank you."

"Your welcome princess."

Londyn began to make dinner while Clay grabbed his laptop and started editing a video on the couch.

"Hi there bubba." Londyn said as Patches rubbed against her leg. "Are you hungry?"

Londyn quickly fed Patches then continued with her cooking.

"Shit!" Londyn said burning her hand on the stove.

"Are you alright princess?" Clay asked worried as he came into the kitchen.

"I burnt myself." Londyn said showing Clay her hand.

Clay put her hand in the sink and ran cold water over it.

"Does that feel better?"

"Yeah. Thank you."

Londyn stayed at the sink with water running down on her hand as Clay walked over to the stove and continued where she left off.

"I have to film tomorrow at 1." Clay said as he put another spoon full of pasta in his mouth.

"Harper invited us to a party at this guys house for 9."

"Who's this guy?"

"He's a guy from collage that's dating Amy. His names Vince."

"I'll go if you would like to go."

"Okay." Londyn said with a bright smile.

After they were both done supper they both laid down on the couch. Clay grabbed a fluffy blanket from beside him and draped it over the both of them. Londyn moved closer and snuggled right up. Clay put his arm around her and held her close. They then watched a movie.

Clays POV

Once the movie was over I turned off the tv. I looked down at Londyn peacefully sleeping and smiled. I can't wait to marry this girl. I slowly picked her, trying not to wake her, and brought her into our room. I set her down on the bed and got in to cuddle.

Not even 5 minutes went by and Patches came to join. Patches went down by our legs and nudged her way in until she was comfy. After she was settled she fell asleep. I shortly after fell asleep too.
