Chapter 3

IM SO SORRY

Londyn's POV

I suddenly felt sick. I was confused because I didn't drink anything. I ran to the bathroom and started throwing up. Clay please help me.

Why do I feel sick? I replayed everything I did then noticed that I set my drink down. Someone must've drugged it.

I kept throwing up and felt light headed. Then there was a knock on the door.

"Babe?" Clays voice asked worried.

He slowly opened the door. When he noticed the state I was in he quickly came and sat down next to me holding back my hair.

"What happened?" He asked even more worried than before.

"I went to the bathroom and I think someone drugged my drink." I said almost crying.

"Hey, hey, hey, your okay now. I've got you. I'm so sorry for not being there for you. Do you know who did it?"

"No. I was talking to Vince before I went to the bathroom bu- omg it was Vince."

"Let's go." Clay said picking me up off the ground.

My stomach had this really bad pain like I was going to throw up. I quickly ran to the bathroom and began throwing up. Clay must've heard because he came in.

He came over and tied my hair back.

"It's okay I've got you princess." He said holding me tight.

"I'm sorry. Did I wake you?"

"No, no. I was awake and I felt you get up." He said rubbing my back.

After a couple minutes of sitting he picked me up and gently sat me on the counter. He grabbed a face cloth and soaked it. He then softly cleaned my face. When he was done I stayed sitting and wrapped my arms around him.

"I love you Clay."

"I love you too Londyn."

I brushed my teeth then he brought me back into our room and I laid down. He left the room but then came back with a water bottle and a bucket. He set them on the nightstand beside me then got into bed. He pulled me close to him so there were no gaps. I soon fell asleep and didn't wake up till morning.

Clays POV

I felt absolutely horrible for not being there when she needed me. When I heard her say that someone had drugged her drink I felt furious. I knew I shouldn't do anything because she would be mad but every part of me wanted too but I didn't.

The next morning I woke up with Londyn still in my arms. I didn't realize at first but Patches was also in bed, as always.

I grabbed my phone and saw the Lock Screen. 'Sunday, May, 29, 2021'. I need to start looking for rings. It was 9:40am and we were having supper at my parents tonight. Tonight I will get my mom to help.

I got brought out of my thoughts when a very sleepy voice began to talk.

"Good morning babe." Londyn said hugging me tighter.

"Good morning princess."

"What time is it?"

"9:40. We're going to my parents for dinner tonight."

"Okay well we won't be able to stay too long because I have collage tomorrow."

"I know."

A couple minutes of us cuddling was ruined when she got up and went to the bathroom. I got up and went into the kitchen and grabbed some cereal. Shortly after she came in and did the same.

The rest of the day was really chill. We watched movies, cleaned the apartment a little, played with Patches, and then went to my parents house for dinner. When we got home we got ready for bed and fell asleep.
