The show opens with the entire Mayhem roster standing by ringside and the crowd cheering when the cameras showed them all and it went to the commentary team.
Carly: Welcome to Mayhem everyone! We are live here in Sacramento. I'm Carly Martin along with Felicity Barrow.
Felicity: We have a different way of opening the show due to Mayhem's general manager, Samantha Rhodes, who is revealing a new title, but also explaining on what she did after she betrayed Dirty Deeds general manager, Nicole Foley, after their loss in the elimination tag match with the Lionesses of Doom against the New Dark Order.
Sam walked out with a new theme where she had a mean and frustrated look on her face where she walked down the ramp and to the ring.
Jessa: Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome... Mayhem's general manager..... Samantha Rhodes!
Sam's theme cut as she stood in the ring where WOW's new championship belt sat and was covered by a sheet before Sam looked around at Mayhem's roster with anger.
Sam: Now I know what I did to Nicole Foley was shocking to all of you, but she doesn't matter to me anymore now that I've gotten rid of that cheap knockoff hooker who slept her way to be gm of our rival show!
The crowd booed at Sam until she continued to speak.
Sam: As for the competitors who had represented Mayhem at Survival of the Fittest..... you all failed to secure the victory for Mayhem and I warned you before the match of what would happen if you lost. Tonight...... Jordynne Grace will face Predator Goddess one on one, but Jordynne will have one hand tied behind her back as her punishment.
The crowd booed again as Jordynne looked at her with disbelief.
Sam: And don't think you can run in and help her Britt Baker or Jane Moxley because if either of you run in and try to help her, Jordynne, along with you two, will be fired if you even think about heading to ringside!
The crowd booed again until Sam turnt her attention to Elle Danger.
Sam: As for the Phenomenal Champion, who failed to beat Becky Lynch and win it for Mayhem...... you will defend the Phenomenon title tonight as you face Kacy Shelby inside of this steel cage that hangs above the ring tonight in our main event. No objections!
Elle didn't budge as she looked over at Kacy who had a sadistic smile on her face.
Sam: Now...... for what is underneath this cover..... is Mayhem's newest championship title..... I have mentioned this to Myst for the last two weeks which is why I'm granting her a spot to compete for this new belt in three weeks at our next pay per view known as "Unbreakable"
The crowd booed, but Myst was surprised to hear this that she was already competing for the new title.
Sam: To prove that Mayhem is the better show.... I introduce to you.... the newest title on Mayhem known as.... the Defiant Championship.
