25. Teamwork makes the Dream Work

~ 15 minutes later ~

The members drank water as if they were deprived of it for years. The heavy tension caused by the sudden argument among the members had the whole room go into awkward silence.

"Sorry hung," YOONGI said abruptly.

"Me too, sorry Yoon," SEOKJIN replied.

"What did he apologize for?" jimin whispered to his elder self but was heard by everyone due to the quietness of the room.

"We are a team, to keep up the teamwork, we made some rules," NAMJOON.

"Doing everything together," JUNGKOOK.

"Following the things which our coaches or seniors tell us to do," TAEHYUNG.

"And the most important one, if you shout at someone or have any kind of argument solve it in front of all members on the same day," JIMIN.

"Afterall  " NAMJOON started, "teamwork makes the dream work," the members giggled.

Meanwhile, bts hearing the rules and seeing their interaction were entranced.
They didn't expect BTS to make up this fast.

"Yah why are yall staring at my handsome faceu, go practice!" SEOKJIN spat.

"I guess they lack trust" NAMJOON said.

"No we don't," hoseok and jimin said in unison.

"Yes you do," HOSEOK and JIMIN said making Mr Bang chuckle seeing the younger ones having their lips pursed.

"How do you all are always on the beat?" jungkook asked the older one.

"We are supposed to focus on ourselves rather than the members. That's how we are on the beat, cuz we are always focused if we don't miss a step," SEOKJIN said pinching the younger's cheeks.

"Why are you so cute Kookie," SEOKJIN said.
"Yah, I am still here!" JUNGKOOK shouted.
"Who said you were cute?" SEOKJIN asked, acting confused.

"That one was unexpected" HOSEOK.
"Indeed" NAMJOON.

"What?" seokjin asked.

"Jungkook will get jealous if we give attention to someone else," TAEHYUNG.

"But we didn't expect him to get jealous of himself," JIMIN while the younger one humphed crossing his arms pouting.

"Yah stop yall and you, what are you doing here? Go away and practice that goddamn choreo!" YOONGI shoed away bts.

The next time bts did the choreo, there were fewer faults and it went smooth. The dance break was still hard but they'll work it out. They now trusted each other and knew how to correct the synchronization by focusing on themselves.

~Time Skip~

After the practice, both the groups headed back to the dorms. BTS being older let their younger selves get freshen up first. SEOKJIN went to make all of them something, JIMIN volunteered to help. TAEHYUNG was just scrolling through Twitter, YOONGI and NAMJOON were as usual writing some lyrics and JUNGKOOK was told to rest because he still has a bit cold.

bts soon joined them one by one, the tiny foldable dining table was temporarily removed to make some space for everyone in the living room. All of them sat down and just waited until all fourteen of them had washed up.

"We may eat at thousands of restaurants around the world but no one can beat Jin hyung's cooking" HOSEOK said munching on his food.

"Where's the lie?" JIMIN added.

"Wings album," YOONGI said making the older BTS burst out laughing while the younger ones were dumbfounded.

"Oh man holy shit," JUNGKOOK said between laughter which caused SEOKJIN to choke on air.

NAMJOON helped him out with a bit of water but couldn't stop laughing. SEOKJIN being out of breath had a face no different than a tomato.

"JEON JUNGKOOK YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CURSE!"

"But I am old enough-"

"No, you are not-"

"I am even older than you," He said pointing towards seokjin.

"Then for your kind info, there are minors here as well!" SEOKJIN defended.

"IS THIS PLACE A FISH MARKET!?" YOONGI shouted which made the room go silent for a good min only to be dying off laughter the other minute.

~ Time Skip ~

The younger bts were concerned since there was no space for their older self to sleep. While the older ones had some other plans.

BTS shoed away their younger selves to their shared bedroom and told them to sleep carefree and ensured that they can manage themselves.

~The Next Day~ (In SpongeBob voice xD)

seokjin and hoseok were the first ones to get up, waking up their bandmates in the next ten minutes.

They got out of their room to see BTS sleeping while cuddling and laying on each other with pure affection for each other and the satisfaction of being with someone they can trust their lives with.

yoongi noticed how they were laying upon each other but were specifically away from his shoulder. seokjin opened the curtains and sunlight lit their soothing faces.

BTS were soon all up well except YOONGI and JUNGKOOK.

"See, this is what we meant when we said that to wake Kook up, you need pour a whole bucket on his face " JIMIN said folding the blankets they were sleeping on.
