Quick little authors note, there will be a few time skips to move the story along further, though I'm not so sure how this story will pan out since everything is coming from the top of my head! But there will still be social media aspects to the story (I.e. Instagram messages, Twitter mentions/interactions, text messages, etc.) primarily because I really do enjoy social media stories and as I've said before, there isn't enough Narrator x oc stories here on Wattpad.

Okay continue on with the second time skip. (Hopefully this story doesn't turn to cringe and on their TheBoys channel. I would be mortified).

Throughout the past two or three months, Narrator and I have become quite fast friends. When either one of us wasn't busy a simple message would be sent just saying "Apex?" and within the next few moments we were both playing. Playing Apex with Narrator has become one of my favorite past times to say the least.

And within these past two or three months we have gotten to know each other more and more. I've learned that his name is Grant (though I still prefer to call him Narrator), he's 25, he has a few YouTube accounts (YourNarrator for VR and Narrator for non VR content, also apart of TheBoys), he loves anime, he has a cat named Lily, he's wanted to play video games as his career (and clearly succeeded from what I've seen on his channels, his tattoo is inspired by Uncle Iroh from Avatar the last air bender, he loves his Honey Bunches, and so much more but I'm sure there's more that I don't know about him.

Not only do I know more about him but he also knows more about me such as how old I am (he didn't believe me when I told him I'm 27, he claimed I look like I'm in my early-ish twenties), where I was born and raised, my dream career (which is similar to his but just general content creation), what some of my tattoos mean and future tattoo plans, the fact that I'm not a huge horror fan even though I love all things spooky, how I got my usernames, my streaming schedule, and so much more. Of course there is more he doesn't know about such as my family (or lack there of), previous battles with self-harm, shitty past relationships, just to name a few. But I know within time and comfort levels, he will knows those things as well.

On a lighter note, we have advanced to texting each other rather than sending messages back forth via Instagram, though we do use Instagram and Twitter to send things to each other. I've been rather enjoying the simplicity of our friendship, nothing about it is forced. Everything is just so easy going between us two. For example, there's been times where he would be my go to person to vent to if I needed to vent and then there would be other times where he would come to me to vent. But more often than not, we end up talking about random things and just enjoying each other's company, even at a distance.

But currently at this very moment, I haven't heard from him all day, which is totally fine with me. I know he has a large following so I know a majority of the time he'll be busy making content for his channel with some of the boys or be making content for TheBoys YouTube channel, and not to forget that he even streams. So I get it, he's a busy person. And with that being stated, that leaves me about to start another stream.

{{Narrator's POV}}

Today's video that I was about to record was going to be a good and special one, hopefully not just to me but to the lucky few that I've selected for today's Donating to small streamers video. And yes Caroline is going to be one of those lucky few.

"Okay hello Honey Bunches, today we're going to be secretly raiding small streamers once again. You guys seriously loved the last one so I figured it was time to do another. Plus I love helping smaller streamers, especially if it helps them pursue their dreams because I remember what it was like posting or streaming to a small audience and it's a lot of work. Okay that's the intro so let's get into it!" While still talking to the camera, I searched through a few categories first before settling on Warzone to be the first pick of the video. After a bit more scrolling I found the first person. "So we've been watching this person for a minute now and I love their energy so they will be the first victim. Honey Bunches, you know what to do!" After copying the stream link and posting it to my Discord, I waited to see my Honey Bunches roll in and support this individual. In no time at all, we were getting a fantastic reaction out of them and they were beyond appreciative. On to the next one.
