The letter has been sent from the mailbox and was sent to spongebob's appartment. Spongebob was brushing his teeth then finishes he wore his white shirt without a tie and his shorts even his socks and shoes. Spongebob sat on the couch while he was drinking coffee, he wondered what squidward would be doing while he was gone to bikini bottom, spongebob had his phone next to him. He grabbed his phone and checked something new to photogram, photogram is like instagram but you know what i mean. Ahem uh anyways he checked sandy's post it was a photo of her, patrick, and squidward spongebob coughed and blurted a bit of seeing squidward on the post. Theres no way.. he questioned "why is he here?.." squidward wasn't smiling still, spongebob checked the post when it was published it was published by yesterday when they were hanging out to the krusty krab he noticed that the letter he wrote to squidward was sent yesterday. (Couldn't he be happy already?.. i mean i left bikini bottom but why..) spongebob thinked while drinking his coffee. As soon as the coffee was empty he looked at squidward's post. Spongebob refreshed the page then there came a new post. He looked at the post "just waiting for my lover to reply." And squidward's selfie was smiling and had a clarinet on his tentacle. Spongebob's feelings were destroyed he kept walking on his room on circles wondering who that lover he was talking about. And then he stopped and then he decided to bump his head on the wall regretting what he wrote on the letter. "I should've asked him that, besides he has a lover now and i couldnt barely know who she is." Actually squidward was talking about spongebob waiting for the letter to him to read and go back. Spongebob went to his new laptop that his dad and mom gave him, he found out how to communicate through internet and began the call. He called patrick and sandy on the group call, then sandy answered and then patrick answered. "Howdy spongebob how's the day at your appartment?" Sandy asked then patrick was at his house and had gary on his pointy hands, patrick smiled "spongebob old buddy!" Patrick kept waving and gary kept meowing of an excitment of him to see again. "Its good sandy but i dont think i can live here alone withiut company.." spongebob became sad and sandy responded "you have us!" "Not just that sandy its...." spongebob stared at the two friends on the call. Then he heard a ring on the door. "I'll be back i got to check it" sandy nodded, spongebob answered the door "spongebob squarepants how may i help you?" Spongebob smiled and the mailman gave the letter to spongebob "...mail from your friend." Spongebob got the letter he was confused of who it belonged to, then the mailman left. Spongebob closed the door and looked at the mail while sitting on the chair with his laptop. And opened the mail it belonged to squidward, his jaw dropped (squidward? Letter? When did he even wrote me a letter?) Patrick looked at spongebob "anything okay back there spongebob?" Patrick interuppted him. "Oh yeah i got a letter and it came from squidward.." sandy snorted "i knew he could trust us!" Sandy smiled, spongebob read the letter quietly and let out a tear dripping on his eyes he was happy. Sandy and patrick smiled "so want to reply to him?" Spongebob looked back and giggled then wipped his tears off "no but im sure i'll visit him on the way there! Sandy and patrick cheered "yay!" spongebob was thinking maybe he was wrong, maybe he was talking about that squidward was 'his' lover that he saw on the post. He wasn't sure but ready to pack for tomorrow. Spongebob went outside to get some fresh air he wasn't looking at his way and bumped into someone. "oh sorry i wasn't looking where im going" spongebob said then looked at the one who he bumped into. "its okay." spongebob was surprised it was squilliam, squilliam saw spongebob and didn't bother to say anything but they were just staring eachother "squilliam? what are you doing here?" spongebob asked him. "oh i was asking the same thing but the reason is what i'm doing here is just getting some fresh air..if you don't mind?" spongebob smiled "well me too, lets go and talk for a while." squilliam was new to others asking and going so he wanted to try it. "sure" squilliam and spongebob was in a plain table relaxing on the view, it was quite windy. "so..what are you doing at this apartment uh.." spongebob answered "spongebob, and why because its for squidward..he just doesnt want me around him so i decided to leave in bikini bottom to leave him be. So he'll be happy!" spongebob said with a soft tone, squilliam widened his eyes "squiddy you say?.." spongebob nodded "yeah. but i was wrong he wasn't smiling when i left he wrote me back a letter and told me to come back!" squilliam thinked (i want some rest i think i need to stop performing music and have sometime to others i haven't been resting for many years im so tired of getting forced to play my violin lessons...) "wh...what if i come too?" spongebob noticed squilliam "why?" squilliam sweated and gulped "w-well i havent took a rest for years since ive been stuck taking violin lessons mind if i join the fun?" squilliam trembled spongebob agreed "sure! but one question" squilliam smiled "hit it." spongebob asked "why were you nice except the times you did before?." squilliam answered honestly he sighed heavily "you know about me and squidward right? the truth is squidward was my ex.. and the story from it was really concerning... squidward was really a talented person he impressed me with everything all i felt about the things he did was nice but i was just too envy we both broke up because its not working out. my father was homophobic and told me that he was just a distraction, i obeyed him because i don't want to get hit again." squilliam cried, spongebob patted his shoulder "its okay squill! i get it things aren't the best things but you'll still try to move." squilliam smiled "thanks s- spongebob." spongebob let go. "no prob" squiliam heard a ring on his phone "i have to go now i'll meet you at the bus." spongebob waved "okay squil bye!" squilliam left the apartment and went to his lamborghini. spongebob noticed a girl siting on the floor and enjoying the view. He sat next to her "hello!" the girl yelped "AHH" spongebob apologized "oh sorry i thought you knew i was beside you." the girl relaxed "oh its okay. spongebob right? spongebob squarepants?" spongebob giggled "heh yeah! you heard of me?" the girl nodded "yeah i worked back at bikini bottom my names allias squidward kept talking about you." spongebob's eyes lit up "squidward? wait you were his partner when i left?" allias smiled "yep" spongebob was surprised "wow i never knew!" allias snorted "heh i just need to move." spongebob asked her "hey allias? what was squiddy doing while i was gone?" allias looked at spongebob then looked away expressing her mind "hmm he tried being nice to people and hangs out with sandy and patrick often he clearly misses you like alot" allias said while thinking. Spongebob was questioning about squidward. "why was squidward trying to be nice?" allias scratched her neck "well as far as i know i heard squidward talking to sandy and patrick about it he said he would try to be nice just for you" allias said then swiped something on her phone. Spongebob noticed what allias said he blushed (him doing it just for me?!) aww i think he does care for me after all, the letter he wrote me really does care. spongebob stood up "i have to go do something bye allias its a pleasure to meet and talk with you!" allias smiled "you're welcome sponge!" then spongebob went downstairs and went to his apartment. It was now night, spongebob didnt do anything but texted his friends. spongebob closed his eyes and dreamt something he saw a plain grass that he was stepping on it and a clear blue sky, he wasn't sure what to do but just sit and look at the clouds and once that a while he heard someone calling his name "spongebob?" he wanted to look behind him then he woke up to the alarm clock. It was 5 am and he washed himself then get dressed he wore dark pink sweater with a green leaf on the middle and wore his usual brown shorts, and he wore his red and blue lined socks and his squeaky shoes which doesn't squeak. Then he was ready to leave and was out of the street waiting the bus to arrive, spongebob saw squilliam and sat next to him "so you came early!" spongebob said cheerly "squilliam agreed "yep. i think we're here too early" squilliam said and looks really tired spongebob smiled "yeah because i don't really come at bus sometimes when its late." the bus came and squilliam and spongebob hopped in and sat on the back. "to bikini bottom please!" spongebob said "sure" the driver said then began to move. spongebob was resting and asked squilliam "got someone you liked?" spongebob said. "yeah its squillias we usually talk in people and text alot he's really kind looked alot like squidward but not that talented." squilliam said while looking at his phone. Spongebob chuckled "you two could be a great couple one day!" spongebob said laughing. squilliam blushed harder "hey! quit it why you!"

back in bikini bottom

it was sunday and 9 am he was walking to the bus stop then saw another octopus infront of him. "hey there are you new here?" squidward said "yeah squillias leggys nice to meet you!" squidward and squillias shook tentacles "so what are you doing here squillias?" squillias responded "im waiting for my friend here and im going to the bus stop!" squillias said, squidward smiled then walked to the streets to the bus stop "sure. and who is this friend of yours?" squidward asked "oh his name is squilliam not actually his friend but we're going on a date at this bikini bottom town" squillias said smiling and excited. "squilliam fancison my enemy from band class?! how could he be dating you?" "you guys know each other?" "yeah he's my ex and used to be rude to me i tried impressing him with anything but that didnt seemed to work. Then i saw him stole the music sheets." "music sheets..isnt that what he told me?..he told me about stealing it because his father wanted to use someone else. squidward understands now squilliam wasn't the one doing it his father was. "so he wasnt a bad person?" squillias shook his head to no "no but his father was he even told me that his father kept him stay to keep practicing his violin lessons.." "so thats why he was mad at me... he was envy.." squillias and squidward stopped at the bus station. squidward was wearing his dark teal sweater and a dark orange pinetree on the middle, it wasn't the best sweater but its comfy. Squillias was wearing his light red sweater its plain but knitted by his step mother. they saw the bus arrive and saw squilliam and spongebob dropped. The bus left, spongebob looked at squidward and squidward was looking at spongebob they were both in eye contact then. Squidward hugged spongebob he smiled "Spongebob you're back! i missed you!" squidward cried with his tears of joy. Spongebob smiled and hugged back he felt warm around squidward "i missed you too squiddy.." squilliam and squillias were holding hands "me and lias have to go we might miss the sunlight to reach to goo lagoon." spongebob agreed "okay bye squilliam and bye squily's boyfriend" squilliam blushed and squillias too "spongebob!" spongebob laughed and squidward too "sorry squil but okay bye" spongebob said again, then squilliam and squillias left. Spongebob asked squidward while he was blushing "s-so what's you're answer?" said spongebob looking at squidward, squidward smiled. "yes since we haven't been together this years lets visit sandy and patrick so they can hang out too" spongebob smiled and held squidward's tentacle, squidward blushed revealing his dark pink color on his face spongebob smiled "lets go now."

this idea was by me i just watched the sponge on the run movie and heard squidward's speech talking about sppongebob that nothings the same without him so i made a story about it.
