Pinkie Pie:

She tries not to be, but she's normally late more times than she can count. Sometimes she makes it on time though.

Fluttershy:

No, she loves taking care of the animals and they all have certain schedules. She may be late once in a blue moon though.

Sci-Twi:

Poor child slipped and fell again...she tries to be on time like Pinkie but it doesn't always work out.

Rarity:

No, she CAN'T be late when it comes to making outfits. Though there was that one time...

Applejack:

No, she gets up at 7:00 sharp and does her chores.

Rainbow Dash:

This is debatable. Like she might oversleep or something but other than that, not really.

Sunset Shimmer:

This depends on her mood honestly. Like in school she'd cut a few classes if she wasn't in a good mood but she'd go the next day. Who knows?
