next morning. I woke up and went downstairs I saw my mom on the couch crying "mom?" I said quietly "oh hey sweetie" she said "why are you crying?" I said "your um your dad got in a car crash...." She said "wha-" I said but she interrupted me "he is in very bad condition and we don't know if he's gonna make it..." she said I felt my heart drop "what...." I said. My dad was always a fun person I cared about him so much he's always been there for me. He's my favorite person and I don't wanna lose that. "Honey.." she said I couldn't do anything but just walk out of the door "HONEY COME BACK" I heard my mom say I didn't care but to just cry and walk away I needed some air and to think. "Why me..." I said quietly but heard foot steps coming towards me "y/n?..." a girl said I turned around. It was connie "oh hi" I said and wiped my tears "hey you ok?" Connie said "I don't know." I said "hey what's wrong" she said I told her. "I'm so sorry y/n..." Connie I just looked down and started crying more she lifted up my chin and gave me a hug she was so lovely.
