(Y/N) was running down the hallways of the pizzeria, their breath heavy, their heart was beating like crazy it was so loud that they couldn't even hear the footsteps of the person chasing them.
«Don't run from me, little mouse, you belong with me», he laughed like a maniac.
They kept pushing themselves to go faster, their muscles burning and aching but the adrenaline kept them going.
«This way!», their sister was in front of them with her hand extended.
She took their hand and they started running together towards the exit, they could feel William's steps getting distant.
«I can't run anymore», (Y/N) legs gave out as they fell to the ground.
«Don't give up now», their sister tried to help them get up, «Look, the exit is right here in front of us».
(Y/N) looked up seeing the glass doors leading outside, this gave them a little encouragement as they shakily got up and started walking towards the exit with their sister supporting them.
"Just... a little bit... more...", they tiredly thought before feeling themselves falling again.
«Stay away, you dirty bastard», their sister growled before punching William in the face.
He took a few steps back clutching his nose, so she turned back to pick (Y/N) up as quickly as possible.
«Come on, (Y/N), let-», she couldn't finish her sentence as a knife passed right through her neck.
The shiny point of the blade poking out of her trachea.
Her eyes were wide open, looking at them.
«Run», she mouthed before William took out the knife and stabbed her in the back.
(Y/N) began crying as they got back on their feet and run on for their life, they could hear William yelling for them to come back and how their love could finally blossom since no one could get between them anymore.
When they opened the door and took a step out, they started falling.
Fear was all (Y/N) could feel.
Their falling was cut short by something liquid, it was too thick to be water and too liquid to be mud or something like that. As they started panicking, they couldn't stay still and started screaming while trying to swim somewhere, anywhere as long as they were far away from William.
Their arms felt heavy whenever they would come back up from the liquid.
It was a thick black substance that was slowly crawling up their body and taking them down.
They were about to drown when they woke up.

(Y/N) started coughing before taking big gulps of air and calming down.
«Sweetie, you ok?», Kayla opened the door and looked at them with a worried face, a glass of water in her hand.
«Y-Yeah, I'm f-fine», they panted.
She approached them and handed them the glass, which they gladly took before gulping down in a few seconds.
«Where you having a nightmare?», she asked sitting on their bed.
«You could say that», they sighed.
There was a long silence before (Y/N) spoke again.
«Where is my sister?»,
«Oh, she's sleeping, she was exhausted from working until 2 AM», Kayla replied with a small smile.
They talked a little bit more before both of them went back to sleep, but after such a nightmare (Y/N) couldn't sleep at all so they stayed up all night thinking about everything that happened.
Their mind felt like it was about to explode once they saw the first rays of sun appearing on the horizon.
"It was just a stupid nightmare", they were irritated.

Going to work that morning didn't felt as joyful as always; a bad feeling was resting in the pit of their stomach and the fact that they were irritated made it worse. The whole ride they prayed that they didn't have any repairing or checking to do.
«'Morning (Y/N), how are you today?», Henry walked in the employee only room with a cup of coffee in hand.
«I'm good, Mr Emily, thank you for asking», they forced a smile.
«I'm happy to hear that, today there isn't going to be a lot to do so you can go home if you'd like, we will call you if we need something», he said before walking out.
(Y/N) chewed their lips as they thought about what they wanted to do.
They could stay and spend all day in that room so they would be already there if something happened, or they could simply walk out and go around.
«Still there? I thought you would have got out by now», William theatrically walked in with a smirk stamped on his face.
He sat in front of (Y/N) as they just stood there staring at him.
«What's wrong, little mouse? You're awfully pale today», he sounded worried.
He caressed their cheek while looking in their eyes.
(Y/N) remembered so well the first time he met him and how those eyes made them feel.
