SUPERNOVA'S YURINA TO SIT OUT OF GROUP ACTIVITIES DUE TO INJURIES

Supernova is currently in the midst of promoting their 3rd mini album, Armageddon, which was released on May 10th, 2024. After weeks of regularly promoting for their comeback, it was later announced that Yurina would be suddenly stepping back from group activities due to a concussion and a dislocated shoulder that they had sustained.
On June 2nd, Supernova's agency, KQ Entertainment, released the following statement about the female idol's condition.
"Hello, this is KQ Entertainment,
Please read the following notice regarding Supernova member Yurina's health condition and status for future schedules.
During promotions for the group's latest comeback, Yurina was feeling increased stress levels and had decided that the best way to relieve them was through her favourite activity, skateboarding. While attempting to perform a trick that she is very familiar with, she had accidentally slipped and had fallen down a flight of stairs, landing right onto the hard concrete below.
Yurina had sustained minor injuries including a concussion and a dislocated shoulder. She was immediately rushed to the hospital for further evaluation. After a thorough evaluation from medical professionals, they had determined that no surgery would be needed but she would need to take an extended period of rest to ensure that she can fully recover from her injuries.
As a result, Supernova will continue with five members for the rest of their activities while Yurina focuses on receiving full treatment and resting. Her health is our main priority right now and we want her to be able to recover as comfortably as possible without worries.
We ask for your understanding regarding the decision to prioritize Yurina's health over her activities and we will update you once she is ready to return to the group's schedules.
