- Niall's POV -

I ran quickly only to see my crying girlfriend. I hate to see her cry she was so happy and now she cries a lot now. Not all the time though. Something upsets her then she stops crying and goes back to fragile life like nothing happened.

" Katie what happened ?! " I asked

" Nick had the keys to my house and he trashed my whole house everything ! " she said burying her head in my chest. " He even trashed my car , where am I going to get the money to fix my car , I can't even live in the same house because its that bad ! What am I going to do Niall ? "

" What a jerk , I will buy you a new car ! " I said

" Niall , your not going to buy me a new car ." She said

" Why can't I ? " I said

" Because , why on earth would you buy me a new car ? "

" Because you want one " I said

" But I don't need one. " she argued

" But you want one ! " I said smiling. She smiled back at me. " You are going in tour with us you don't need a house"

" What am I gonna do after the tour ? I can't just take my stuff and just barge into someone's home "

" Your not barging into someone's home if you don't have one " I felt so bad I just didn't I just tried to keep coming up with solutions

" Aren't all 3 of us suppose to back to L.A anyway to get our stuff for the tour ? "

" Yeah our concerts in 2 weeks you have enough time to go back " Liam said

" I don't want you to leave ! Please don't leave me , I just got you " I said

" Come with me ! " Katie said

" Sorry but he is way to busy to go to L.A " Harry said

" I figured. " she said

" I want to go so I can go kill this Nick guy ! " I said very angry now

It's been 3 days since the girls left. I missed Katie so much. I feel so bad not being their for here in her time of need.

She has ignored all my text and calls. I'm not mad though she's probably not in the mood to talk to anyone.

I will try calling her again. It's rang a couple times and she finally answered

" Niall ! I'm so sorry I haven't talk to you in while " she said

" It's okay , how are you ? " I asked concerned

" I'm much better were going to court tomorrow. I'm suing Nick for Breaking and entering and for my car and I better when , I have all the proof it happened so it shouldn't be that hard. "

" Okay good ! You have your stuff all ready to go for the tour ? "

" Yeah I'm all good . I cleaned up my house , or what was left of it. He ripped a lot of my clothes so now I have to go shopping with no money. "

" I will buy you new clothes " I said

" No you won't !"

" I have to go I will call you later okay ?" She said

" yeah okay " I said

" Would the defendant ( i know thats probably wrong but i don't know lawyer talk so just bare with me ) please step forward and explain your case"

" Yes your honor , my client Katie Smith is suing Nick Vanderguild for breaking and entering and damage to her car " my lawyer said

" How much are you suing for ? "

" $ 35,000 "

" And I'm assuming you have proof ? "

" Yes your honor , I have pictures from twitter that shows my house torn up and my car !" I said

" Let me see them " I gave them to her.

" So Nick she's suing you for $ 35,00 ? " The judge said

" Correct " he replied

" Well that's how much you owe her , good bye . Next case ? ". She said

I won !!! I really won !! That's what he gets !! I'm so happy
