Lily's P.O.V

I always wondered why the protagonist's in isekai novels always had so much free time on their hands. After all, being a noble lady, you need to learn a lot of things. After waking up I was wondering why I didn't have to do any studying either. At first, I thought it was just isekai anime logic since Katarina always seemed to have so much time on her hands in the original anime. Turns out I just got a break because of my injury...

And now I have to do all these fancy etiquette classes...

My back hurts so much from all those stupid classes! Ah~ but there's nothing better than just peacefully sitting on your comfy couch with your legs on the armrest because no one is here to tell you how to be a proper lady and reading your favourite fantasy/romance novel while drinking some tea after a long day of classes- "LILY!!!!"

Aaaaaaannndd I jinxed it...

I was so immersed in the novel that I was reading that when Katarina suddenly barged in yelling my name I almost had a mini heart attack and spilt the tea all over the couch and a bit on myself. "KATARINA! NOW LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE! DON'T JUST BARGE INTO MY ROOM OUT OF NOWHERE!!!" I yelled at her, the anger clear as day on my face. But I froze when I saw who she had brought with her. "Eeek! S-sorry Lily! Here, let me clean that up for you!" She said attempting to wipe the tea with a tissue, but I just smacked her hand away and hastily got up and did a small bow. "Please excuse me, your highness, if I had known that you would be visiting me I would have prepared to welcome you properly." I said still glaring at Katarina because she brought GEORDO INTO MY ROOM WITHOUT GIVING ME A HEADS UP! "No, no, I should be the one apologizing. Please forgive me, Lady Lily, it was rude of me to barge into a lady's room unannounced. And please, call me Prince Geordo, you are my future sister in law after all..." He said and I saw him briefly glance at Katarina when saying the last part. "Oh right, Lily and Prince Rein are going to get married when they grow up!" Catarina said while hugging my shoulder. "And also because you and Prince Geordo are going to get married as well!" I reminded her, wait... Doesn't that mean Rein will be my brother in law too?! O.o Umm... Let's not think about that...

"So Nee-Chan, What do you need?" I asked Catarina. "Um, well, I was thinking that the three of us could go on a picnic together!" She said, "*Sigh* Sister, thank you for the offer but I don't want to be a third wheel!" I slightly yelled at her "B-but Lilyy~, won't you do it for your big sister~?" She asked making puppy eyes face at me.

"Maybe if you start acting like a big sister!" I said as I lightly smacked her with my novel.
Suddenly Keith barged into the room panting, it seems like he's been chasing Katarina around. Most likely to keep Geordo away from her. "Sister! Please don't run off like that!" He said between pants. "Hehe... Sorry!" Katarina shyly replied while rubbing the back of her head. Then I noticed that Geordo's been staring at something this whole time and didn't even pay any attention to Keith. I followed his gaze and... HE WAS STARING AT MY BOOK?! SHI-

"Lady Lily, I don't think that's not something an innocent little girl your age should be reading"

"O-oh this book? W-why?" I asked pretending to not know why this book is inappropriate. "Well, for starters, it contains... Adult scenes." He said with a f*cking smile on his stupid little face. Katarina looked surprised while Keith looked confused. "O-oh really now? I didn't know tha-" "The book begins with an 18+ scene." THIS LITTLE SADISTIC BRAT- HE'S HAVING FUN EMBARRASSING ME!!!

"Lily, you read lemons?!" Geordo looked a little confused as to why Katarina was saying "lemon" "N-no! Of course not!- Wait... Prince Geordo why do you know that this book contains smut?!" I suddenly pointed an accusing finger at him. Now the tables were turning! He's read this book too- "Because I was interested in it at first but after realizing its contents I dropped the book" URGH- A VALID EXCUSE! Suddenly I got an idea "W-well, I haven't actually even begun reading it!" "Then why is page number 56 bookmarked?" He picked up the book and asked after turning to the page that I had bookmarked. Damnit! I knew I shouldn't have used a bookmark! Then suddenly he got this sadistic grin on his face "And how do you even know what smut is? Hav-" Suddenly I got another idea... "Wait, how do YOU know what smut is?!" He looked a bit taken aback but then regained his composure. "It's rude to answer a question with another question you know... Have you read books like this before? Shall I tell the Duke and Duchess about this? THIS LITTLE PIECE OF-

"ENOUGH!"

Everyone was surprised and turned to who the voice belonged to

"Prince Geordo, please do not threaten my sister! She should be able to feel comfortable reading whatever she wants in the comfort of her own room without people judging her for it!" Katarina said with a stern look on her face and this creepy red glint in her eyes. Damn... She really has that "Strong Villainess" aura right now.... "K-Katarina..." I stuttered still shocked by her sudden outburst. 

"I-..." Geordo suddenly turned to me after a few seconds of awkward silence. "I deeply apologize, Lady Lily, I had stepped out of line there. It was very ungentlemanly of me to pick a fight with you. Please accept my sincerest apologies and do forgive me." He said with a damn smile. YOU BETTER BE SORRY! YOU LITTLE BRAT! "Uh-... Yes, you are excused... But aside from that..." I turned to Katarina. "Wow, that was... Kinda cool actually! Thank you, Big sis!" I said hugging her. She seemed a bit surprised but then lit up "Y-YOU CALLED ME BIG SISTER!!!" She gushed. "Aaaannddd you ruined the moment." I groaned "Hehe..." She scratched the back of her head. " Don't get used to it!" I warned then noticed that Geordo and Keith were smiling at us, ugh... Now I feel embarrassed!!!

This wasn't really a plot-heavy chapter but I really wanted to expand on the sibling relationship between Katarina and Lily so I thought I'd let them have a little Sibling moment lol. Hope you liked it and sorry I haven't updated in a while! The nail on my left pinkie finger came off due to an accident soo- But I decided since it's feeling A LOT better I should stop procrastinating and finally update!
