Prologue

Percy POV

I was on boarder patrol when I heard an ear splitting shriek and a heavy thud. I ran toward the sound and found a kid cowering in fear behind a tree, while the three furies advanced toward him. Immediately, I uncapped Riptide and swung it at the furies, instantly my sword was an arc of destruction, vaporizing all of the furies at once. I turned to the kid and was about to lead him inside the camps boarder. The kid suddenly lunged at me and being taken by surprise managed to steal Riptide from me! I was about to take it back when the kid jumped backwards and faced someone. I looked at the direction he was looking at and I saw the entire camp there. The kid exclaimed: "I am Chad Lake, I killed three furies when he was just standing there!" I was going to correct him when everyone glared at me! I ran back to my cabin and locked the door.

Chad POV (Let's see whats going on in his head shall we?)

That Perseus Jackson! (He learn't his name when Percy left) I want to take over this camp but I just need some way to get rid of him! "Hey Chad! You listening?" I immediately broke out of my thought trance and looked up. "Oh, sorry Annabeth, what were you just saying?" Annabeth rolled her eyes, "You really need to focus, as I was saying, since you are an unclaimed demigod, you will be staying at Cabin Eleven, the Hermes cabin. Hopefully you will be claimed today!" I processed what I had just learned and I said, "Do I have to? For I am the most powerful demigod alive! I killed all three Furies when Perseus Jackson just stood there!" Annabeth just cooly replied, "You have to. Also you aren't the most powerful demigod alive because Percy single handedly beat Kronos and Gaea!" (In my version Percy is the storm) I stormed away muttering under my breath, I thought of Annabeth, she was kinda cute, but I wonder how I can convince her to go out with me... (I gagged and cringed when I wrote this)

3rd POV

It was time for capture the flag, the game was Hermes, Athena, Apollo, Demeter against Poseidon, Ares, Hephaestus, Aphrodite. Percy was going in for the flag while some Hephaestus kids make a distraction in the left woods. Percy had just reached the flag when he saw Chad with his training sword, Percy disarmed Chad and knocked him into the river, he was just about to run away with the flag, when Chad somehow got back up and wildly swung his sword around. Percy made the entire creek rise up and smash down on Chad. After he made the water go back in the creek, Chad was sitting there fainted. Percy ran back to his teams side, and the game was over. Suddenly there was a commotion near the creek. everyone went there to check on what was going on. In the creek lay a fainted chad with the mark of Poseidon over his head. Everyone except Percy kneeled and shouted, "All Hail Chad Lake, son of Poseidon, god of the seas, creator of horses!"

What do you all think? Btw I need a beta reader just in case. I might update later on today.
