A wave of confusion hit him, I mean, there was no way she was dead and standing right in front of him. They touched, they kissed, what other proof does he need to know that she's actually not dead.

"We met in at the park in our neighborhood, I don't think you'll remember but we had our first "accidental kiss" there. You lived a few houses down, next to uh your friend Oikawa? Right?" she said, smiling at Iwaizumi as his eyes widened.

"We also went to the same junior and high school together but we never talked. I was friends with some of your classmates and a few others, I always heard that you were the ace of your team so I went to one of your games. The one I told you that you played well."

She kept smiling as she turned her body, facing Iwaizumi as she saw the confused look on his face. "You don't get it? Do you?" he didn't give her an answer.

"Iwaizumi, i'm dead. How else do you want me to put it?" she started saying. "A year ago, on December 22, I was in a car crash. I died instantly by it, they were able to save my organs because I signed up to be an organ donor. And I guess that's where you came in Iwaizumi." she said, smiling again.

"I guess I was always a part of you since we were kids."

"A part of me?"

"You really are dense Iwaizumi." she chuckled. "I was the one who gave you my heart. How else do you think you're able to see me?" her finger trailed to his chest, touching the spot over his heart.

"It's sad we didn't get to talk as much as we did until now Hajime. I always wanted to tell you how much I loved you but when I was going to, the stupid car crash got in the way." she tried to laugh it off while her eyesight blurred as her cheeks started to feel wet.

"I wanted to tell you even though we barely talked, I wanted to tell you everything but I— i'm sorry." she placed her hands on her face, covering it for him to see. "I know you never felt the same for me and it's okay because I know you'll find someone else. I mean you have the rest of your life Hajime."

"The day that I died, was the day I appeared, the day we "met" again. At the park, sitting on the bench, I didn't think you would actually see me."

"Is that why you avoided going out to places with me?"

"Yeah, it'd be weird seeing you talk with yourself." she chuckled as she sat down on the bench, him following after her. "So you're..dead?"

"Mhm, dead and i'll be leaving at midnight, which is in a few minutes." she looked at her watch then back to him. "So say what you got to say Hajime—."

"I don't want you to go..Y/n. The sad part is that I actually love you, you never noticed but in high school— even though we had different classes, I always admired you from afar. Ever since our "accidental kiss" I always wanted to talk to you more, I wanted to tell you how much I loved you but I thought you had someone else until we met again."

"I didn't know you died until today so I—" he was cut off as he felt her hands go up to his cheeks, pulling his face closer to hers as he felt her forehead lean onto his. "I don't want to let you go Y/n.."

"You know Hajime, there's always a possibility of us in another timeline."

"So how was your math test?"

"I failed."

"Sucks for you, I actually passed!" her laugh echoed throughout the halls as he rolled his eyes. "Yeah yeah sucks for me. Wanna go to the park later on?"

"Yeeep! I can't believe it's almost Christmas! Just one more week! I wanna see the presents you bought me!" she reached for her boyfriend's hand, interlocking fingers as she laid her head on his arm.

"You'll like them."

"Really?"

"Really."

"Hajime, I love you."

"Don't say that out of no where, it makes me think you're going to die.."

"Say it back then!"

"I love you Y/n."
