Comeback of someone familliar, end

Years have passed, Reptice still couldn't take down the crown. All of his hopes of returning were fading, but it's not like he could think about it much anyway. His life now was just making turrets for and builiding things for the frog people. They actually made him builid something that looked like a small town. All though it was mostly just a base that was surrounded by turrets, because Reptice couldn't do anything else. It's like they got the wrong scientists, because they looked pretty dissapointed when they found out Reptice don't know how warp gates work. Reptice actually managed to create a sphere on that planet, but he didn't have the tools to upgrade the turrets to the point when they are strong enough to use the sphere's power. He used the rest of the crystals to make a new type of a turret though. This turret was not powered by star crystals but was powered by frost crystals only. It was incredibly hard to do any harm with it, but it's abillity to lower somebody's body temperature temporarly could prove useful.

One day, after many many years somebody came through a portal. It was the type of portal that warps gates create. Elderby... It's Elderby! Reptice though, but it didn't look like Elderby came to rescue him. He had the Smasher Squad with him, as well as a few units. The smasher squad is made to destroy well protected bases. And since his base wasn't even that well defended because of the limited resources, it got decimated. Reptice stood there still beign controlled by the crown. The crown controlled more than just his thoughts this time, this time it made him fight to protect the base. Elderby got inside the base with a few units and told them to look for blueprints. The crown made Reptice jump on one of the units but he was no match for a starlinator. He got shot and layed there on the ground. Reptice was really lucky as he only got shot in the leg, and wasn't bleeding alot. He though of his familly... And this time his thoughts were not blocked by anything. He looked to the right and saw the crown laying on the ground 5 meters away from him. Reptice crawled to Elderby. Elderby had a gun, but didn't shoot him. Like if he knew who is he. He started telling him about what happend. Elderby looked at him like he understood him, but Elderby didn't say anything. Elderby grabbed the blueprints for the freeze turret reptice invented and left. Reptice was now alone in a room with the frog crown. Without hesitation, he grabbed a sharp tool and impaled the frog with it through the skull. 

The frog was finally dead. As the amount of adrenaline in his blood got lower and lower the pain in his leg was getting sharper and sharper. Reptice wasn't going to desperatly try to get to Elderby before he leaves. After what happend he knew that he's not going to get any help. 

He made a stick that had the frog skull on top of it, so that the frog people still obey him. All though the frog wasn't inside it anymore, the frog eyes inside it were fake. 

Reptice is most likely never going to return home, but maybe that's for the better. Because his familly is dead, just like 90% of people he knew.
