Beetroot POV *the next day*

I sat down and took a sip of my tea. That boy from the other day should be here in about 3 hours. I chuckled to myself thinking about him.

He's such an idiot for coming into the caves. He doesn't even look like he can use basic magic. But I can't help but be drawn to him. Theirs just something about him.

Whatever though.

He'll just join me so I won't be lonely...but why wait when I could go pick him up in style.

Toshi POV

I walked up to the thrown room door and took a deep breath. I opened it and saw my dad flirting with some random guard.

'Seriously? Can he go a day without trying to get into someone's pants?'

I rolled my eyes and motioned for the guard to leave. They did as I instructed and shut the door behind them. "Hello father" I said. He merely nodded, not even looking at me. He just stared out the window.

"Um..I'm going to be leaving kinoko for a while" I said. He looked back over an shot me a glare.
"Who said you were aloud to go?" He questioned.
"I'm never here anyway, you wouldn't even notice" I said back.
"Your not leaving kinoko"

"Yeah....too late!" I said walking towards the door. 
"Did you even hear me!? You can't leave." He yelled. I turned around to face him.

'Jeez, I have to be there soon! Some hot God guy is going to kill me!'

"Its dangerous for you to go alo-" he was cut off by the window smashing.

In an instant I felt arms wrap around my waist and hot breath on my neck. I turned my head a bit and saw the guy from yesterday.

"Why the fuck is he hear!?"

"What do you want, you demon." My father asked glaring.
"How rude. I'm a God, not demon. And I've only come to claim my prize" he answered.

'Prize?'

My father took a step forward but the God guy pulled out a dagger and held it to my throat. "No, don't move. If you do I'll kill him right now" he said.
"Its been awhile beetroot" my father said sitting back down.
"I would stop by more, but I don't want to die" the go- beetroot said.

"So, what do you want with my son" my father asked.
"Well, your son here came into my territory." Bertroom said, putting the dagger away, but he could still easily get it.
"Toshi you went where?" My father turned his attention to me.
"I didn't know! I thought there was a hurt animal" I explained.
"Why were you even out side of the kingdom?"
"I was just-"

I was cut of by a hand over my mouth. My hands immediately went up to his wrist to try and pry it off. "Stop struggling so much. Your only making this harder. Your coming with me no matter what." He whispered in my ear.

My dad glared at him. "Hands off" he said. Beetroot just smirked.
"Well well be off now"
"Wait-"

Before he could finish beetroot flipped me around, graded my waist tightly, and few through the window he came in through. We flew over the mountains and farther away from kinoko.

~One Year later~

I grabbed onto beetroots kimono for dear life. He chuckled. "Still scared of heights?" He asked.
"N-no" I said. He laughed more.
