I felt like I had to say this. There will be certain changes to the lore and certain events as this is a story with both universes existing in it. So yeah. Locations: New Rhodes Household/Armory
Rhodey was practicing his staff combat outside the new house before he heard his mother call for him. He hurried to the house "what's up Mom?"
"Could you go tell Tony that exam is starting in a few hours and you know how he likes to be prepared"
Rhodey nodded "Sure thing" he turned and after a 10 minute walk he arrived at the new Armory. Placing his hand over a section of a wall and then twisting his hand clockwise and removing it a panel slid up showing a digital number pad. He typed in 21, 11, 08 and a section of the wall slid up and he walked inside "Tony? Is Pepper still here with you?" he then got an answer seeing Pepper leaning against the mark 1 armor's pod as it was laying horizontally on the floor. With Tony by the computer screen he had. Rhodey walked over to the armor pod
"He's been working on the skating feature for nearly 40 minutes!" Pepper stated throwing her arms up in dismay.
"No I haven't been. I've been working on the thruster system in general... It just. Happened to take longer to work on the skate part than the flight focus"
Tony turned and began walking over as the mark 1's pod opened up as he walked over

"Your just preparing for a race with Johnny one day again" Rhodey replied with a grin as he crossed his arms
"Whaaaaaat? Noooo. No way. Definitely not...... Okay maybe a little" Tony chuckled and snapped his fingers above the armor. A bunch of holograms showed above any point where he could detach the armor pieces. He began tapping at a holographic keyboard and turning a wheel display as the right arm made clicking noises and detached from the rest of the armor as he lifted it out of the pod and put it on his arm.
"If your going to put finishing touches on do it now. We're heading out for the entry exam soon" Rhodey said before grabbing Pepper and walking out "let's leave our mad genius to his work"
"Hey!" Tony laughed and he could hear Rhodey and Pepper do the same. A smile graced his lips and he turned to the rest of the armor while raising his armored arm up "Let's see what I can do with you before I have to go" he hummed.
Timeskip: 4 hours
Tony was walking with Rhodey and Pepper towards the location that there'd be a briefing on the exam at. He was wearing his normal outfit with a pure black backpack on. Rhodey was wearing a more armored military looking outfit. With Pepper in something similar. Once they got there Tony noticed a boy was at the front with a girl standing beside him.... Wait he was floating. If he had to guess the girl must have something to do with it. Her quirk or something. He shrugged as he and the other two headed inside. Or at least they would've. If someone didn't call over to them. Tony turned to see who it was.
