 Present Time

Eunha had been stared at the ceiling for who knows how long. Letting out a heavy sigh, she gets off the bed and walks towards the glass window. She looks outside the window hoping it will distract her from boredom. She saw several guards marching at the palace's square and not far from it, she saw a few gardeners managing the palace garden. In the middle of the garden, there is a gazebo made of black wood.

It's been two days she had stuck in the devil's palace, two days she had  struggled to find a way out from the damn room but all of  her efforts were in vain. The door was locked with magic spell and so was the window. She tried to break the window by throwing a wooden chair but the chair bounced back to her and nearly hit her.

Eunha  subconsciously caressed her hand. The prince had freed the cloth that tied her hands to the bed. She also remembers that he had tried to wipe her tears the night when she was kidnapped. Eunha thought that all  the devil princes had a cruel, rude, and  cold personality but it was quite the opposite.

"Perhaps, not all of them are bad after all,"  Eunha thought.

That is until she realize that  the prince had took all of her jewelry including her necklace, which leave her powerless.

"That guy must have took it while I was unconscious huh, what a smart guy, he did not know which item is  my source power, so he took all of it. I must not let my guard down."

Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the door being open. It was the prince.

Speaking of the devil,  Eunha mumbles.

"Hey, I brought food and some dresses for you," he said while entering the room followed by a few maids holding dresses in their hands. The prince walks toward the nightstand to replace the food tray but he stops and turn his face to Eunha.

"I see you didn't touch your food, aren't you hungry?" the prince asked. Eunha can hear a faint disappointment in his tone.

Eunha didn't answer the question and keep silent, she wandered her eyes around pretending she didn't care. To be honest, she was very hungry. Her stomach keep growling since yesterday but she cannot let down her guards. Probably they had poisoned the food.

"Hey, are you afraid that the food was poisoned?" he asked.

" Well, obviously,"  Eunha thought.

The prince started to chuckled. His eye smile appeared on his face. Eunha glared at him sharply she lifted one of her eyebrows in the process." I don't find it's funny," Eunha asked  while crossing her hands on her chest.

" Well, maybe not to you but It is, to me," he grinned. Eunha showed him a disbelief face. "What's wrong with this guy? he always finds everything amusing to him." Eunha thought.

The prince looked at Eunha and said " Don't worry, the food was not poisoned." he then quickly replace the untouched food with the new one. "Yeah right," Eunha mumbled so slowly so the prince won't hear it. When the prince saw the princess did not respond, he sat on the bed. He then signaled the maids to leave the room. The maids obeyed and leave.

"You want me to prove it?" the prince, Jimin  reached his hand towards a bowl of soup, then took it away from the food tray. He took the spoon and started to sip the soup. Eunha just stared at his actions.

After he is finished, He faced Eunha and said " See, nothing happened,  it is not poisoned." the prince insisted. Eunha gave him a scowl face in return. "Whatever, I won't eat it!" she raised her voice. Suddenly, a loud growl fill the room. The sound came from her poor stomach.
