It had been four fucking years since the passing of my true love, my everything! I can't move on, I'm still married to her, and always will be, until the day I die! I sighed and heard giggling, I got up and walked towards my daughter Athena, and smiled as she was playing with her dolls.

"Daddy can we go to the park," she asked me I smiled and picked her up

"Let's go now," I said causing her to smile wider, I walked outside, buckled her in, and was about to go in my vehicle when I heard a grunt, I looked behind me and saw a woman, I looked closely and saw that the woman looked exactly like Ruby. I looked at my daughter.

"I will be right back okay," I said, she nodded her head, smiled and shut the door, and walked towards the woman, as I got closer she was dirty, her hair all messed up and her body all scratched up. She looked up at me, her eyes just like Ruby's eyes, her hair just like Ruby's except for one white streak in her hair.

"Where am I?" she asked me confused and scared, I just stood there, is this Ruby? This must be a dream, how?

"Please sir step back" I heard a man say, I looked up and saw the EMT here. I slowly stepped back and saw them taking care of her, put her in the ambulance, and drove away. I stood there still in shock, is this Ruby? I kept questioning myself, I sighed in frustration and felt my heart beating out of my chest. I walked towards my vehicle and got in, looked at Athena, and smiled.

"Daddy I want a happy meal," Athena said making me chuckle

"Okay sweetie," I said while chuckling, I pulled up to the fast food and waited for other cars to go.

Should I go see her at the hospital?
Will it be a good idea?
Is she Ruby?
Or is it just someone that looks like her?
What happened to that woman??

Question after question ran through my head as I heard a honk behind me, I pulled up and order a happy meal and gave it to Athena who smiling big. I pulled out of the fast food restaurant and drove home.

As I pulled up to my house, I heard my phone ring, I picked it up

"Hello," I said through the phone

"Dude did you see the damn news, this woman doesn't know who or where she is, she looks like Ruby man," my friend Robert said I sighed, I met Robert through a business trip I took two years ago, and he knows everything about my past, I told him my past when I and he was drunk.

"I know, I don't know what to do right now, I have a lot of stuff in my head," I said being careful not to cuss Infront of Athena, I looked in the mirror and saw her looking at me smiling while stuffing apple slices in her mouth.

"Listen I got to go, we will talk about this later," I said and hung up, I got out and took Athena out of the vehicle as well and walked into the house.
