"Sounds great!" you slammed the door to the conference room and stormed out to your room in the compound, Steve and Bruce had just told you you couldn't go on the next few missions because your latest report. You Peter and Wanda didn't know too much about shield or its history especially you, all of you had to write a report and some of your details were a little off...very off you got names mixed up and you completely confused two different incidents *this isn't fair* you thought now too upset to even take a seat Peter had done oh so well on the report and Vision got to help Wanda so they both did well with "flying colors" you were angry your skin began to have a glow a light red hovering all over,when you got too mad you could knock down the water tower back in your home land. You didn't have a robot study buddy or go to a school for the most gifted children so you got even more upset you heard a voice from the door without hearing or seeing who it was you yelled
"CAN'T YOU KNOCK?!" It was Loki he had seen you storm out and wanted to know what happened,never seeing you so worked up
"I'm sorry y/n i just saw you stomp in here and i was only checking to see if you were alright" he said seeing your visible anger
"I'm FINE" you wanted to scream at him to get out but you didn't want to make him feel you were mad at him so, you lied bad idea for the god of lies don't you think?
"You're clearly not,is there anything i could do?" he asked stepping closer you were shocked he wasn't scared of you in this state you could practically feel your blood pressure rising and all of your muscles were tense
"Tell me what happened" he finally asked
you took a deep breath and began
"I did so poorly on my report they are restricting me from missions" you said skin cooling down
"well that's ridiculous, they need you!" Loki said joining your side
"exactly i don't know why they would do this" you said looking down
"i could help you write a fantastic paper if you'd like?" He offered
"Oh you don't have to..."
"But i want to,besides i would hate to go on future missions without you" he was making your face hot, maybe he really did like you after you agreed and you went to the library to begin

"So what happened here" Loki said holding up a card with a picture
"That is when Tony told the world he was iron man" you said looking at the picture
"Very good" he praised
"I still don't know what that has to do with shields history" you said with a puzzled look on your face
"me neither, shall we take a break?" you guys had been studying for about an hour now Loki offered you to eat lunch with him you simply accepted his over and you made your guises way over into the kitchen Loki popped his head out of the fridge and said
"there's nothing to eat here"
"should we go out?" you asked
"what a great idea,any ideas on where" he opened the cabinet still looking for something
"how about olive garden?" you proposed
"What's that?"
"It's an Italian restaurant?" you said confused at his own confusion
"I thought Italians weren't real" he said and he was fully serious, that's when you heard Peter and Thor walk by and try to contain their laughter you rolled your eyes and suppressed a giggle of your own
"What's so funny i thought they were from a movie" you bursted out in laughter not being able to take anything seriously
"I think they're pranking you,they're very real" you said catching your breath
"I see" he was slightly embarrassed
"How about we go get burgers, There Tony's favorite" you asked he agreed and you guys were on your way

"Are you confident about your next report?" Loki asked finishing his third chocolate milkshake
"After your help,absolutely" you said eating a fry you looked at the band that was playing in front and Loki starred at you every thing about you was beautiful he thought he wanted to tell you how he felt just, didn't know how it wasn't usual for him to not be able to do something which made him fancy you even more.
"Loki is there something wrong?" you asked wondering what he was lost in thought about
"You look wonderful this evening" he said with his beautiful smile
"Thanks,as do you" you stated blushing , you were starring at him now you were both so clueless and it was adorable. You finished eating and went back to the compound, you weren't keen on seeing Steve and Bruce after your argument earlier.

You Loki Natasha Sam and Bucky were all in the living room watching Toy story 3
"So these toys,they're...alive ?" Loki pondered
"YES!" the 3 of you said in unison
"It's only a movie,toys can't do all this in real life" you put a hand on Loki's knee telling him because of how he easily believed Italians didn't exist that's when steve backed up behind the couch and said
"y/n can i see you for a moment" you got up and followed the super soldier down the hall
"I'm sorry about earlier we just want everyone on the team to be safe and believe it or not shields history is pretty important" he went on
"Yes i understand,i'm sorry for yelling" you apologized
"This report from today is great" he said looking at you
"how did you improve in a day?!"
"I'm a quick learner" you said with a smile
"well that's great because we really need you on this next mission" he said with a smirk, your face lit up they allowed you to go on the next mission if you kept up the good work and you of course promised to especially with your new partner Loki you were so confident you were gonna do fantastic.
