Dinner.

Jeongyeon woke up seeing Nayeon getting ready for work. She stretched her arms upward and called the girl who is spraying perfume in her clothes while humming to random songs.

"Nayeon..." Jeongyeon said with her sleepy voice. The girl immediately looked at her and smiled immediately the moment their eyes met. Nayeon placed the perfume back in her closet and leaned down to Jeongyeon who is still laying at the bed.

"Yes?" Nayeon cupped her face and looked at her.

"Isn't it too early for work?" Jeongyeon spoke.

"I have to do a lot of work today baby. By the way, i'll be eating dinner with dad later. We're having dinner with someone."

"Who..?"

"The CEO of Park Corporation. They're asking to be business partners with Im Corp, Dad invited me because you know? For experience." Nayeon placed a soft kiss on Jeongyeon's forehead before standing up straight.

"I'll get going now okay?" Nayeon said.

Jeongyeon looked at her with worried eyes. She knew the CEO of Park Corp. will talk about what Nayeon's father told her yesterday, how he wants Nayeon to marry his son.

"Go rest, you can invite the girls over if you want." Nayeon leaned down again to kiss her lips before mumbling a small 'bye' to her. Nayeon left the house and Jeongyeon's mind couldn't stop thinking about the dinner.

She frustratingly covered her face with her hands and ran her fingers through her hair. She sat up and leaned her back at the wall before sighing deeply.

"So you're telling me the CEO of the famous Park Corporation wants Nayeon unnie to marry his son? Park Jimin?" Mina said before sipping some of her drink.

Jeongyeon is hanging out at Mina's bar with Chaeyoung and Mina.

"Yeah. I mean i really hope the CEO wouldn't do anything bad you know? Nayeon's father said their company is known for having a ton of connections." Jeongyeon said.

"This is fucked up, unnie." Chaeyoung cursed.

Jeongyeon downed her drink and hanged her head low. She's frustrated, she can't just show up in the dinner and tell the CEO to fuck off.

Chaeyoung rubbed her back to comfort her a little bit.

"Don't worry Jeongyeon, Nayeon unnie wouldn't exchange you with someone. Especially a guy, she's super gay." The three of them laughed thinking that what Mina had just said is true.

"I should marry her immediately." Jeongyeon said.

Nayeon sat down beside her father with the CEO of Park Corporation in front of them. She texted Jeongyeon that she's already at the dinner.

"Sorry about that i needed to text Jeongyeon." Nayeon apologized.

"It's okay Miss Im." Mister Park said before smiling at her.

Their food arrived so they immediately started eating while discussing about their plans and other business stuffs.

"Miss Im, how long have you been with Jeongyeon?" Mister Park asked out of nowhere.

"For about 9 years sir, she proposed last year." Nayeon said before sipping some of the wine.

"What do you think about my son? He's a great guy-"

"Sir please don't ask my daughter about tha-"

"Why? Mister Im, my son is better than a model. Besides, the girl only proposed last year. It isn't too late to change your mind Miss Im." The guy rudely cut off her father. Nayeon had a shocked expression in her face. She obviously felt disgusted and shocked at what the man had just said.

"I won't change my mind sir. I love Jeongyeon so much, she's the best girl i've ever met. I'm also not into men." Nayeon said.

"I mean i think my son could change your mind. Right Mister Im? You're her father, you shouldn't let you daughter marry a girl. That's a sin." The guy spoke while looking at Nayeon's father.

"I love Nayeon wholeheartedly and i don't really mind her being herself. I really love Jeongyeon for her, that girl loves Nayeon so much. Also, can we change the topic? This is supposed to be a meeting about our partnership but suddenly you're judging my daughter."

"Jeez, no need to be rude." The CEO said before sipping some of his wine and looking at Nayeon.

"In case you change your mind, call me or my son."

Nayeon wanted to curse at the man in front of her but instead she smiled politely.

"That'll never happen." She said before asking her father if she could already go since she still had to pick up Jeongyeon. After that she also said goodbye to the CEO.

"I'll get going now, please drive safe when you're on your way home." She said before bowing down and leaving the restaurant.

When she arrived at the restaurant she called Mina and asked where were they seated at. She went on one of the VIP rooms and saw Jeongyeon sitting between the couple. Mina approached her and gave her a tight hug.

"Is she drunk?" Nayeon said while hugging Mina back.

"Kind of." Nayeon approached Jeongyeon who was looking down on her lap with a drink on her hand.

"Hi baby."

Jeongyeon looked up on her, the girl's cheeks had a slight tint of pink and her eyes were hooded.

"Do you wanna go home?" Nayeon asked.

Jeongyeon pulled her down to sit on her lap but Nayeon tried to stand up since she knew Chaeyoung and Mina were there with them. When she looked around, the couple already left them alone.

Jeongyeon had her arms wrapped around Nayeon's thin waist and her forehead resting on the latters shoulder.

"Let's go home Jeong, you're drunk." Jeongyeon let Nayeod stand up this time, the girl still had that ache in her heart. Thinking that maybe Nayeon heard about what the CEO of Park Corporation wants.
