A SECOND CHANCE?

Here, Manik sensed something was wrong so we went after Harshita. He found the door lock and heard voice of Harshita crying. He knocked the door.

MANIK: Harshita are you inside? Open the door. I want to talk to you.

Hearing Manik's voice Harshita got tensed. She wiped her face and opened the door and tried to pretend that everything is normal.

HARSHITA: Bhai, what happened?

MANIK: Oh, you are asking me but I wanted to ask the same.

HARSHITA: Nothing happened but why are you asking?

MANIK: You can lie to me but your eyes can't .

HARSHITA: I told you, bhai, nothing happened.

MANIK: And you think I am dumb. I can't understand why are you so disturbed after that Ranbir came. You have my swear, tell me the truth.

Finding no way out, Harshita decided to tell Manik truth.

HARSHITA: Bhai, actually, I am responsible for everything that is happening in his life.

MANIK: What do you mean? How are you affecting his life?

HARSHITA: I told you that we were schoolmates. That is true but I am his ex also.

MANIK: (shocked) What? And that's why he is bothering you.

HARSHITA: No, bhai, I know he is bothering me but what I regret the most is cheating him.

Manik got numb. The sister whom he loved and trusted the most has broken her trust. The thing that always mattered him was love and trust. Betrayal was something that he hated the most. And now her own sister has broken someone's trust.

MANIK: Are you saying truth, Harshita.

HARSHITA: I know bhai you don't how to react but this is the reality.

MANIK: I don't know Harshita how can you do this with someone. I know its your personal life and I don't have a right to interevene. But I can't believe that you could be a betrayer also. Whenever I see you I only see an innocent girl who could never think of hurting someone.

HARSHITA: I know bhai you are angry on me. And now that guilt is eating me up, bhai. He is like this because of me... only because of me...

MANIK: You can never rectify it Harshita, never...

HARSHITA: Bhai, I can't help it. I had started loving the day since he entered in my life but I didn't understood what my heart felt for him and till the time I realised it, I made a big mistake.

MANIK: Can you tell exactly what happened?

The sky is very calm. Slow breeze is flowing and the chirping of birds makes it peaceful. The environment there becomes very tranquil.

A girl in her mid 17s was going inside the school. At her beauty all the boys go gaga. But she doesn't gives a little to attention them. The thing which catches her attention is the money inside the bank account of boys.
She is Harshita Malhotra. Belonging from an influential gave her many rights. If she breaks any rules of the school no one dares to complain against her.
Though boys like her but they don't dare to express their feelings in front of her until they are of her status.
People who don't know her personally believe that she is a gold digger and a money-minded girl. But she became this because of her mother and her toxic childhood. She is very good at heart but just needs to figure out.
