As soon as I got home, I went straight to my room and found one of my empty Harry Potter themed notebooks. I started writing my "script" - my personal guide so everything would go my way at Hogwarts. Some of the things I wrote were:
- "I am literally perfect. Everyone envies me."
- "I am smarter than that dweeb bitch Hermione."
- "Me and Draco start off as enemies to lovers (BTW, enemies to lovers is what gets me going *wink*)"
- "That skank whore Pansy stays outa my way."
- "I am in Slytherin."
Amongst other things. So that night, I kissed my madre and padre goodnight. I rushed back into my bed and started playing some subliminal music on youtube. I kept my script under my pillow and laid in a starfish position on my bed, my gorgeous, natural blonde hair splayed beneath me. Draco's grey orbs from the poster above me started straight into striking blue ones. "I'm coming for you, bubs," I said as my eyes started to close.

I woke up, groggy from my heavy sleep. When my eyes had fully adjusted to the scene around me, I discovered that I was not in my room! There was a dim candle that softly illuminated the room. I looked at the antique-looking clock behind me, it was 6.00 am. The bed creaked as I got out of it, and the floorboard felt cold beneath my feet as I tiptoed toward the window. Outside, to my astonishment, I saw the town of Hogsmeade and in the distance, Hogwarts! I could almost jump for joy, but decided to contain my excitement seeing it was so early.
After calming down, I went downstairs and found that I was in The Three Broomsticks. There was a lady at the bar, alone, drying dishes and humming to herself. I recognized her immediately as the manager, Madam Rosmerta.
"Ahh, Mackayleigh, you're awake! Quick, eat your breakfast so we can get you to Hogwarts on time." Madam Rosmerta said as she put out a plate with some beans on toast. I swallowed down those beans and my tea before heading out the door with Madam Rosmerta.
"How old are you again?" Madam Rosmerta asks.
"I'm 15." I reply.
"Ahh yes. I should remind you that because you are not a first-year, you will have a lot of catching up to do. I hope that doesn't intimidate you too much."
"No ma'am," I say, as Madam Rosmerta and I approach the carriage that will take us to Hogwarts. I see the castle closer now, still hazy in the early morning fog.
I can't wait, I think to myself, before stepping into the carriage.
