I still see your face everywhere. When the world fell asleep and the blue ocean above us turned to black. I can still feel the warmth brought by your eyes, but when morning came all I had were memories of you. Your scent and your presence were slowly fading away, while I'm still here. I watched the leftover shards of my heart lying on the floor, making myself believe that letting go was the best idea, but hell I still dance with your shadow in my room. Remember, I never shared a dance with you so I moved myself, barefooted on the cold floor, as I imagined your hands intertwined with mine. I made the crashing sound of my heart as the background music because love that's the only thing I can do— imagine myself that I'm still with you.
