In the depths of the Black Gorge, the Storm Hawks had cornered the High Inquisitor who was now suffering from the effects of Gorge Madness. His paranoia combined with his fanatical devotion made him extremely dangerous. Without hesitation, the High Inquisitor lunged at the Storm Hawks and attacked them with his Bident. The Storm Hawks were quick for form up against the deranged Inquisitor.

Finn: Whoa! This guy has totally lost it!

Aerrow: We have to take him down!

With that, Aerrow and the rest of the Storm Hawks began fighting the Inquisitor in an attempt to overwhelm him. However, the High Inquisitor proved to be more than capable enough of holding off the Storm Hawks.

High Inquisitor: You will not escape me! Do you hear me?! You will not escape me!

The High Inquisitor then directed his attack on Aerrow. As the High Inquisitor moved to attack, Junko rushes in and restrains him. The High Inquisitor breaks free and attacks Junko. Finn fires a few shots from his Energy Crossbow, but the High Inquisitor deflects the arrows.

Finn: Aw c'mon! How are we supposed to take this guy down!

Aerrow: Finn, you and Junko have done all you can! Stork, get them back to the Condor! Have it ready to launch! Piper and I will stay behind!

Without hesitation, Stork along with Finn and Junko began running for the Condor while Aerrow and Piper along with Radarr stayed behind to fight the High Inquisitor.

High Inquisitor: There is no escape, Aerrow! You and your Storm Hawks are already dead! By the will of Master Cyclonis, you shall die by my hand!

Piper: Stop this, Inquisitor! We can still end this peacefully!

As Piper attempts to reason with the High Inquisitor, he sees another hallucination of Master Cyclonis and Master Anarchis, Cyclonis's grandmother and previous ruler of the Cyclonian Empire.

Master Cyclonis/Master Anarchis(Hallucinations): Inquisitor, you have proven yourself a loyal and devoted follower to the Cyclonian Empire. You have struck down our enemies without hesitation or mercy. Your devotion to the Cyclonian Empire is without question. By the will of the Cyclonian Empire, I name thee, High Inquisitor of the Inquisitorius.

High Inquisitor: As you decree, Master Cyclonis. I will hunt them down to the ends of Atmos. You have decreed the Storm Hawks as your enemies. As your loyal enforcer, I will hunt them down and purge them without hesitation or remorse. I will see to it that they are punished for their crimes against the Cyclonian Empire. I am your sword. I am your vengeance.

As the Gorge Madness fully gripped the High Inquisitor, it was clear to Aerrow and Piper that the High Inquisitor had fully lost his mind. Radarr then jumped on he High Inquisitor's face and began scratching it. The High Inquisitor groans in pain as he grabs Radarr. Radarr then screeches at Aerrow.

Aerrow: Piper! Now!

Piper then picks up a stone and throws it over the High Inquisitor's head. The stone then hits a trigger which causes several boobytraps to be triggered. Radarr scurried away as the High Inquisitor dodges the traps. As he dodges the traps, the floor beneath the High Inquisitor collapsed. The High Inquisitor managed to grab hold of the ledge. As the High Inquisitor holds on, the ledge begins to give in. Before he could fall into the black chasm below, Aerrow grabs the High Inquisitor's hand.

Aerrow: Take my hand!

As the High Inquisitor looks upon Aerrow, the High Inquisitor was overcome with rage. The madness caused by the Gorge Madness as well as his fanatical devotion to the Cyclonian Empire gripped him.

High Inquisitor: I am the fist of the Cyclonian Empire. I am the righteous justice of the Cyclonian Empire. I will punish all enemies of the Cyclonian Empire. I will purge them from Atmos. I pledge my body and mind to you, Master Cyclonis until death takes me.

Without hesitation, the High Inquisitor attacks Aerrow with his Bident, landing a slash on Aerrow's face. This causes Aerrow to let go, sending the High Inquisitor falling into the chasm of the Black Gorge. As Aerrow recovered from the High Inquisitor's attack, he looked down the chasm and saw the High Inquisitor falling into the chasm until his body disappeared into the darkness.

Aerrow: Let's get out of here.

With the death of the High Inquisitor, Aerrow and Piper along with Radarr made their way to the Condor and escaped the Black Gorge. In the days that followed, Master Cyclonis had heard any word from the High Inquisitor since their last conversation. It didn't take long for Master Cyclonis to realize that the High Inquisitor had failed and his absence indicated that he was dead. In the Cyclonian Throne Room, Dark Ace entered the Throne Room and knelt before the teenage Empress of Cyclonia.

Dark Ace: Master Cyclonis. It is time.

Master Cyclonis: Bring him in.

As Master Cyclonis said this, an Inquisitor was brought before Master Cyclonis. The Inquisitor knelt before Master Cyclonis. Master Cyclonis got up from her throne and approached the Inquisitor.

Master Cyclonis: Inquisitor, you have proven yourself a loyal and devoted follower to the Cyclonian Empire. You have struck down our enemies without hesitation or mercy. Your devotion to the Cyclonian Empire is without question. By the will of the Cyclonian Empire, I name thee, High Inquisitor of the Inquisitorius.

Inquisitor: I am the fist of the Cyclonian Empire. I am the righteous justice of the Cyclonian Empire. I will punish all enemies of the Cyclonian Empire. I will purge them from Atmos. I pledge my body and mind to you, Master Cyclonis until death takes me.

In that moment, a new High Inquisitor was appointed by Master Cyclonis. He would succeed the previous High Inquisitor as the leader of the Inquisitorius. The Inquisitorius would continue to serve Master Cyclonis and the Cyclonian Empire as it had always done for centuries. For as long as the Cyclonian Empire existed, so would the Inquisitorius.
